Can't see this board agreeing terms which are detrimental . AFC on board here too so they're no pushover for Sepco

Look on SEP's wed site lads and see how many billions it's worth, the Chinese was us the best.
And let them take a 25/30% stake just for good measure.
China back on track today so the market will be blue.

Agree - AFC experience and financial backing is a huge tick in the box. News any day now I suspect

Its good we have AFC behind us , with all this China turmoil occurring.

If necessary we can go it alone, with the strength of AFC backing as has already been said.

Lady

I think they will secure an extension easily. They have a good relationship there.

Gut feel says the next RNS will be SEPCO deal and this is a pre condition of the EDM contract. So in short a SEPCO deal will purify the key condition making any extension a formality.

What we really need to see is the terms of SEPCO deal. Does it come with cash, do they take a 29% stake in NCCL t a huge premium to the current share price. I can see Africa Finance corporation taking a dilution so they will want a huge premium.

Its all up for grabs

31st December deadline passed and not a whisper from NCCL. I wonder if they are having difficulty securing yet another extension. My best guess is we get an RNS some time next week that says they are working towards conclusion of a deal in Q1. No detail. IMHO the share price will drop and we all get angry with the BOD again - anyone got a different view?

Morning fellas, looking like they are willing to offer above the bid this morning, there are 55% of these held by intos's that we know of.
Say another 15%+ long termer's that could leave only about 75m for the MM's to mess about with ie £3m quids worth, which once news comes again IF good will be gobbled up sharpish IMHO.
