All this talk on here and other forums, that somehow its the Mozambique Government dragging their heels, its like wading through treacle, dealing with them etc etc. Is way off, being anywhere near accurate.

Anyone still labouring under the Illusion, that any government, anywhere, is not just a Masquerade, to keep the flock believing they have some sort of say in their affairs. Knows little.

The Politicians are the cartoon characters and the Entities really calling the shots, tell them how it is. IE if "the World bank" sanctioned the transmission line monies, then POWER to this region has been granted, forget anything a Tinpot Government can pretend to kick its feet about. Its DONE.

Question is, where then do these lines collect their power from? Hanno, you know I know.

However

The rest of your investors don't, but, if the fantasy coal plant is going to be suggested as the source.

Then complete your ACT please Mr Penguin..Thanks in advance.

I do. Maybe in this case I am one of the biggest Mugs here.

Re De-baiting I never argue or bait another. I just say it how I see it, wrongly or rightly.

I think we got our selves shafted, you think not.

Neither of us knows concretely 100%, one way or another. BUT.

I see the repeated obsfucations, none interest by directors, money funnelling to their primary concerns, dressed up as beneficial to NCCL Shareholders. I see CMEC falling over with then nowhere left to go. I see more but posting here would not be appropriate.

Form of feedback:) Please. Thats been in the Fictional pipeline for eons.

More tom foolery, Its submitted, 6 months later, Its Been returned, we tweaked it, six months later, its returned etc etc ad infinitum. Ie Its a Merry go round.

Like the Old 80s song " You Spin me Round, Round BaBy (Hanno) right round, like a record Baby, Round, Round , Round, Round"

Who cares about some FORM of FeedBack?

I can give you feedback. Tariff was supposedly submitted 18 months ago, was supposedly going to be approved 6 months ago.

Now The Mug NCCL investors can't wait for FEEDBACK.

Meanwhile back in LA La Land the best NCCL can do is one Tweet about Coal, like somehow that means anything, other than one of the 4 Wise Men, had some work to do on Monday. Post a Tweet, then back to Bed for 6 months while still feeling entitled to draw a salary. The Flowerpot Men., Bill, Ben and to make up Numbers Tom and Jerry could make a better fist of this Shambles.

Maybe we get a Tweet at Xmas about a Sunshine collecting in Africa.

Little bit presumptuous to assume Scott has stopped buying and doesn't know what he is doing. His track record is impressive and he likes Ncondezi enough to buy close to 20% of the company and bought recently.

My understanding is that he is inside and unable to buy, but realistically if 20% is a very large show of faith.

Separately, from my discussions I understand that the company are very close to getting some form of feed back on the tariff.

The only significant buyer of the shares over the past year has been SF - he did not understand the business, but, now that it has dawned upon him that this is a lifestyle vehicle, he too has ceased buying.

This should be valued only on the basis of the solar business, which, frankly, is not worth much. It needs the promotional bandwagon to come out and drive the price temporarily higher to enable distressed investors to exit.

As for the likes of Lurker who actually believe in the pie in the sky project and will hang in there waiting for the golden goose to lay the egg, well, they too will realise in due course. It takes much longer for the gullible to get it...

It would be like talking to a customer service operator at Vodafone. PR, Nomad, company directors.

Their collective salaries all come from here and other companies like here. As in they all P@ss in the same pot and its party line rhetoric only.

I take responsibility for my rashness, I bought this junk.

BUT

I would not have done so, if the then current Information was not STRONGLY suggesting, that it was a near certainty, that within 12 months, all we are still awaiting 4 years later was about to come to pass.

In fact I post on here to counter the LSE Propaganda, not really for any other reason. I think some of the posters/investors there need to Wakey wakey.

Plus, I guess if nothing more, Mr fletcher reads this, seeing as he posted here before. If he has any influence at all, then if he can encourage the entrenched triplets to RNS Facts not fantasies. That would be useful.

Suggest that your comments are better directed to those who might be shamed into action.

It may feel good to vent here but you're more (maybe not much more) likely to achieve something by emailing the co; the PR; and the nomad - who may have some sense of legal liability if what you're claiming is true.

Let us know if you do...and better yet, what they say.

It's always good to turn heat into light.

The shares were not sold with the termination of the EBT. They were transferred back to treasury. No money changed hands. It cost to maintain the trust. Shutting it down saves that cost, nothing more.

I would have liked you to be right and NCCL to be getting the value of the 2,869,840 shares put in the kitty but I understand this is not the case. However, I am told that things are still going well behind the scenes.

Make of that what you will considering we are at an all time low.

They are sells not buys. Agreed the shares were transferred into the treasury, then once there, nccl is able to sell them. As I am almost certain they are doing, in 250k tranches.

Guaranteed those 250,000 transactions are sells. Had one today at exactly same price I got quoted for selling 100k.

If it turns out I am correct, then ask yourself how desperate for a few Beans the company is? Also ask yourself if news was coming that would transform the share price in the next month, would they sell now @ 2.3p?

Course not.

The shares were not sold with the termination of the EBT. They were transferred back to treasury <--- I asked the company.

The 250k trades look like buys to me but they are having no effect on price currently.

As a technical point , why would a sale by NCCL be treated differently by the MMs from a Mug Punter's ?

If they're in the business to make money, they'll screw indiscriminately, surely ?

By the way these 250,000 sells that aren't dropping the share price are almost certainly those from NCCLs treasury. Ie no news coming as the company thinks 2.5p a share is worth having whilst its going.

If a Mug Punter, like me, was off loading here in 250k shots, the share price would be at 1.5p.

So IMO, almost certainly that stock being disposed of, is the 2 million plus, mentioned in the RNS two days ago.
