Could be either, or could just be what the market maker will quote at that time before marking the price up.

Personally I think we are just moving about on low volume and happened to have a few sells in the morning session (still tiny vol) that pushed us down a little. We saw how fast they mark it up on buys, market makers got to earn money too, so they take advantage of the waiting time and the emotions associated.

Played out similar when Scott was buying the 10 million, moved up a tiny bit on buys and then dipped on a £5 sell.

Gary,

The problem with the solar business is:

a) he diluted holders for the solar business as a urgent raise at a time when there was no need to raise funds and thereafter took on debt for working capital. If the main business required funding, that might have been reasonable, but to issue equity back then was ridiculous

b) this business will likely never amount to much given there is a 30% rate on the loan - if you read the rest of the terms upon which the loan is secured it becomes even more of a high risk low reward venture.I can see NCCL shareholders paying for all that to be set up and eventually Hanno and Co being the beneficiaries of what has been set up.

I used to do business with the Australian Wheat Board, in a number of 'difficult' countries.

They said, whenever they were in difficult negotiations on pricing - and tempers were getting short - they'd take a breather to discuss 'technical co-operation' and similar, to remind the counterpart of the longer term relationship aspects.

Apart from 'current issues' , it can't do NCCL any harm by having something else to talk about, esp. if there's a hint that there may be some more business to come.

Hi yasX. I kind of agree that the main project is the main focus for us all, and NCCL. However, looking into our new bright greener future, this may be the way forward as CO2 emissions become more relevant.
