SF didn't know the mechanics of this company when he jumped in - tempted like many half-experienced investors by the NPV/shareprice argument, which is no guide to actual potential share price. Admittedly there is the big past capex repayment which will come only at financial close. But when SF realises the eventual potential is less than he thought, what will he do with his holding ? Guess.

Never been wrong on this.

My only thought after so many delays is this will become a less reliable trading share and move out of its trade range.

Tiny change in tariff impacts Ncondezi big time. They need to fight for that. It's the difference between being the project being economic or not.

If there is any glimmer of hope, its this statement: "We believe the Project is in a very strong position despite frustrating delays to the completion of the tariff negotiations. We look forward to providing further updates in due course."

Hanno , put simply, is not a serious operator - he appears to me neither capable of nor serious about running a proper operation. As for Scott Fletcher, he joined the board with a view to being" uniquely placed to represent investors' interests at Board level" Since his appointment, SF seems only to have (as far as we can tell) bought a few more shares & provided a bridging loan to the solar battery nonsense at a ridiculous rate. There has been nothing that one could describe as representing interests of independent holders There is nothing on the main project in which they just keep kicking the can down the road & refer to endless 'tariff negotiations progressing well' waffle but nothing objective. I think it is time for Hanno to walk & SF to show a bit of transparency re lack of outcomes.

Hanno is essentially using #nccl as a lifestyle vehicle. The addition of Fletcher adds nil value, since it removes him as a significant potential shareholder that might express agitation-rather he now is a beneficiary of related party loans/options which offset his earlier losses
