26/6/2015 09:15 | If new guys are interested in shareholders they should issue an explanatory and reassuring RNS | juju44
26/6/2015 09:13 | Point is , why are they resigning ? | juju44
26/6/2015 09:09 | Well that one 700,000 buy @ 1.45 seems to have stopped the selling for a while. It all stinks though and like most others on this board, wish I had never got involved. Ive sold half my holding this morning. Time will tell whether I should have done as mreasygoing and sold the lot. | kenone
26/6/2015 08:55 | Wonder what Kalaa thinks now. | trevorm2
26/6/2015 08:54 | These markets are a haven for gangsters and I get the feeling this could be an example | juju44
26/6/2015 08:52 | You've got the activists to thank for all this.Sometimes people should just leave the status quo.Interfere and try to arrange the board yourself and this is what happens. | apfindley
26/6/2015 08:51 | so if they failed to appoint a new broker (not sure how hard it is to do that btw) and got suspended, would my shares still have value, and would they be worth something still if the company got itself back on AIM? | postiga08
26/6/2015 08:49 | With such a big share price drop , MWA need to put out another RNS to tell us what is going on or suspend shares now. | kenone
26/6/2015 08:47 | Bad smell around here now. Dearing and co. could be about to relieve punters of their shares | juju44
26/6/2015 08:46 | They didn't vote Kalaa off though voting for the other resolutions led to his departure. Some Mwana shareholders behaving like scurrying mice as usual. There was plenty of time to sell after the vote. I got out two weeks ago for example. Today's news should have been expected by all shareholders as Mwana specifically warned in writing about this outcome before the vote. | mr macgregor
26/6/2015 08:44 | Looks like Mr D has had us all over,so much for improving share value !!! | camlor2
26/6/2015 08:35 | Peel Hunt bailing from all directions. What does someone else know that we don't! As the proverb says on behalf of all those disgruntled shareholders "be careful what you wish for". Thanks to all the share holders who voted Kalaa off, we now get a 25% discount in company valuation.. | bizz2bizz
26/6/2015 08:16 | curious..........not sure I like the sound of the last part of the RNS.......could be part of a plan.........or is that too conspiratorial? | thecynical1
26/6/2015 07:25 | What's all this about then.Nomad resigning. | casabella2
24/6/2015 15:59 | I actually bought some this morning at 1.81 which have not shown up on trades are they hiding buys? though the amount was small 7k | pca
24/6/2015 15:54 | Tried a dummy sell. 1.7p was offered. | mreasygoing
24/6/2015 15:48 | Another 700k just gone through at 1.75p these starting to look like buys which explains why no mark down | pca
24/6/2015 15:45 | If the 1.75p sells are sells, then that's over 3 million sells in last 2 days and no mark down got to be a major order been filled | pca
24/6/2015 11:16 | Sells continue to get soaked up. | mreasygoing
23/6/2015 23:51 | Just caught up after a couple of weeks, and can't believe what I've read... Mpinga was the "son of Mugabe" (His - i.e. Mugabe's - words) Nothing in Zimbabwe gets done unless Mugabe has a finger in the pie. Has Ning, now an opportunity to split the company, and perhaps divest assets on the cheap? I am deeply suspicious. (Anyone who has the app "A week in China" will know how much corruption there is, and those at the top looking after themselves. May have to divest my small holding. Watching with interest. W. | wstirrup
20/6/2015 21:59 | "We need to wait for a statement from the new board of directors to have a real idea of which way this is going to go." Actions speak louder than words. | gwr7
20/6/2015 09:21 | People seem to be judging the new board to soon imo, as they must have had support from other large share holders to get the resolutions passed, it would do their long term credibility no good to screw them over. We need to wait for a statement from the new board of directors to have a real idea of which way this is going to go. I'm optimistic that they will deliver value for share holders as they said the old bod did not. All in my opinion. pca | pca
19/6/2015 16:14 | Down on little volume. Never trust a Chinese. | mreasygoing
19/6/2015 14:04 | Fundamentals are out of the window.Gold price and nickel price irrelevant. Have we been tricked out of our company? Was Dearing working with the Chinese? | gfrae |
