Must say I am a bit surprised at the outcome but at least its over and time to move on. Nothing worse than board squabbles and uncertainty . Now lets get this share price north of 5p in a hurry

"It has been a turbulent period for the Company. Shareholders have spoken and the Company fully respects their views. We will now ensure that the Company is in a position to capitalise on its strong operational performance achieved in the first half of the financial year. It is important to remember that the fundamentals of the business remain strong and with this issue now behind us, the new Board will come together to drive the Company forward."

So did I. But last week had a call from the company asking me to vote against the motions. Have already given instructions via A J BELL who I hold my shares through, so letter a bit late. Not really sure now if I've done the right thing !?

I received a letter from Mr Dearing today. Very well written and spells out what they are trying to achieve.(increase shareholder value through improved corporate governance) Doesn't seem to be anything untoward into what they are trying to achieve

Try looking at the market cap against the assets of the company - the pessimism doesnt get much deeper
