Kalaa has a way of gaining revenge against the Mwana shareholders who ousted him. He could use the low nickel price to run down BNC, default on the bond payments or else breach covenants. Mwana are guarantors of the bond so if it is called in they would either have to raise $26m with consequent dilution, or else be relieved of their interest in BNC. I haven't got access to the BNC bond prospectus so haven't read the small print but presumably you shareholders have seen it as it is highly significant for your company which has a 78% interest in BNC.

Need to see a significant volume before getting to excited. If we start getting volume around 5-10 million for a few good sessions then it's game on.

As Mpinga is as slow as syrup they should challenge him to a game of snap for the chair of BNC. That's the sort of farce this has descended to and I no longer have an interest.
