Hospitality Real Estate Company ‘Everty’ to Invest €100m in Greece



Everty, a global investor, developer, and operator of a first-class commercial and hospitality real estate on Wednesday announced its plans to invest up to 100 million euros in Greece over the next four years.

According to an announcement, the international real estate company is looking to acquire, develop, and manage hospitality and commercial projects in Athens and across the country.

Its now even less - only 100 shares to buy at present. Can still sell over 500k !

That earlier buying albeit very minor was enough to deplete on-line stocks, all you can get on-line at present is 1K!

And straightaway they are first to show, dead on 7.30am,which means they are first in line for any sales which (I assume)means the buyer's still after more.

FWIW pretty sure that transaction was done through the same broker as the recent ones so probably one individual building a sizeable stake on the back of the seller's efforts. He seems to be buying all that the seller is selling. Pleasant surprise anyway.

Thats not as bad as it looks. They got the price wrong initially and the trade was cancelled so it should only show up as one sale of 494K and NOT three. Deliberate or not? when will simple things like these be recorded correctly.

I'm a bit annoyed didn't get the chance to buy while they were down again but more than happy to add to my holding today.

Someone decided to cut and run, 500k sold @1.135p looks like a hefty loss but it should give us some liquidity if any updates are forthcoming.
