And they are the recent addition, Marx, presumably they haven't many to sell at this level so will be interesting to see what happens if anyone tries to buy tomorrow - next stop was 1.20p but after the 500k buy CFEQ jumped from 1p to 1.15p so next stop for buying 1.15p (we shall see.......)

It has certainly been a journey of "epic" proportions PJ.

The past has obviously contributed to the position we are at now and where in the world is there remotely close to:

1)a TEN square mile plot of land

2)with outline PLANNING PERMISSION to build Four hotels, a golf course/golf complex, numerous apartments

3)in an area of outstanding natural beauty and spectacular unending sea views

AND

Valued by the market at just £5M.

I believe it is now over 3 years since the Company informed me ''it was in the beginning of the end''

So, assuming I was told the truth if the beginning is 3 years, then fruition should be in 6 to 9 years time.

Off course no one knows what ''the end'' actually is?

Unfortunately the seller's vote of confidence has appeared again after the close with a 1M sale, however look on the bright side its holding the price down to a level where the interest to buy is still there and very attractive too to pick up a few at this late stage in the proceedings.
Its about the time that we pass through "early" and start heading for the "middle" of the year but I suppose one can say the update on "things" isn't "late" merely "slightly delayed" however the pressure must still be on to produce the "beginning" of the "end" - the "commencement" of the project when all delays will be forgotten and forgiven. Edit - by most anyway.

Does look as if our bulk seller is out or certainly not looking to unload any more down here, can sell 500k in one hit @.96 and have been able to nearly all morning.

Had another very small dib too and now holding just a fraction under 1.5 million. Should stop there but I might be tempted to round it up to that nice round number if the buying continues as it definitely looks like some acumulation has been taking place over the last few weeks despite what the chart suggests, and the last of the seller's holding must be gone soon surely?

Tour operator giant TUI announces that Greek vacations could resume in April



The summer vacation season is looking up for Greece, it appears, as travel giant TUI says that advance bookings for Greek vacations have performed well despite the current travel restrictions.

In fact, Greece might see the first UK holidaymakers as soon as April, according to TUI boss Fritz Joussen, who announced on Tuesday that “the usual suspects”, summer vacation destinations such as Greece and Spain, were attracting an impressive number of bookings already.

The only consolation is that a few people (presumably in the know) own a vast amount of shares, so either they rip off the minorities (us) or we all benefit? The only other alternative is that the boardroom is occupied with masochists.

Thousands and thousands of words are posted on Minoan threads .

Yet they are all based on Personal opinions of what people “think” is going on in the background.

An amazing company that must be a world leader in generating opinions from shareholders and so little factual information from the Board of directors.

We await an rns that provides us with factual information on exactly what is happening.
