23/12/2020 22:34 | Anyone explain why all the spaced out 1.25p buys of 910,681 are then matched to the share with a sell at 4.29pm .01p lower @1.24p? Were they buys, was there a sell? I’m confused. DC | daicaprice
23/12/2020 21:26 | Don't think people are investing in this Chairman, rather investing despite the Chairman. It's the asset, most, including the auditor are under the impression, illusion maybe, that this is worth a multiple of the current mc and at some point someone, somewhere will recognise and buy it or into it. Doubts must however be raised that after the many years since the pp no one it seems has shown any interest at any price? Why, where is the poison? | fireplace22
23/12/2020 21:08 | Maybe the second question is ''why would you invest in this Executive Chairman''? Maybe current holders could explain? | pj 1
23/12/2020 21:06 | I think the first question has to be why the NEDS have never replaced the repetitively failed Executive Chairman, and have supported his stance to never update shareholders, whilst hiding behind extremely clever use of the English dictionary, designed to mislead. He is not alone. I know of one CEO, who has kept his job after informing Private Investors that ''Revenues are building nicely'' and then came in with £148k Half Year Revenues. And guess what. PI's still supported him. Unbelievable but true. The fact there have been x2 attempted no-confidence votes here tells its own story? | pj 1
23/12/2020 20:56 | What a shambles this board of directors are-discuss | pinkfoot2
23/12/2020 17:38 | Well as the song goes....'she'll be coming round the corner when she comes, she'll... | waterloo01
23/12/2020 16:26 | Is that the 4th year now that the options have been deferred by another 12 months? Why not use the word ''indefinitely''? ''In discussions'' used for pushing a decade has disappeared, to be replaced by '' THINGS moving forward'' I suspect the ''things'' referred to are actually 4 zimmer frames which will be moving forward extremely slowly. Also what happened to the ''on the horizon'' and ''around the corner'' terminology? | pj 1
23/12/2020 14:25 | The level of holding is all relative anyhow. | waterloo01
23/12/2020 13:56 | I don't think that would be a wise move Hugo as you'll always get those who will a) lie to big themselves up b) denigrate those who have only got x amount as said person's opinion then counts for less | bayetya
23/12/2020 13:10 | Do you want to kick off then Hugo. | boliviana
23/12/2020 12:23 | Interesting comments over the last few days - would be good to get a feel to the scale and size of share investments in MIN held by members on this BB. | hugothesecond
23/12/2020 11:39 | Well said and hope all keep healthy. | waterloo01
23/12/2020 11:39 | Waterloo thank you for your comments. | atlantic57
23/12/2020 11:38 | Ok Boliviana it is the season of Goodwill . If you have bought at this low price and you make a huge profit I will be very pleased as it will mean I can recover my paper loss or shock horror if your top end aspirations Are correct emerge with a profit. Timing is everything if this time is different . Hopefully the next rns will help all shareholders gain clarity. Good luck to all shareholders both recent and those who have been on board for many years. | atlantic57
23/12/2020 11:23 | Atlantic if ever there was a case of the pot calling the kettle black when it comes to repeating yourself you would take first prize. Your repeated negative posts all based on the past. Timing old boy. All my buying has been below 2p and most below 1.5p giving me a very good average to see like Waterloo does a multi bagger investment from here. As it’s the season of goodwill, I’m sorry you are a long time shareholder at a much higher average but you should not let that colour you judgement. | boliviana
23/12/2020 11:09 | So do I atlantic57, but I do think it will all fall into place early next year and is why I have large shareholding. As long as the pay day eventually comes, I'll keep adding till it does. I've had a number of muti baggers over the last 12 months (GGP/SNG/EQT) and I fully expect MIN to be in that club. | waterloo01
23/12/2020 10:51 | Waterloo you make a bold statement : They will get this done and closed long before the loan is due. I spoke to ce at the egm in October 2018. I told him face to face that the deal he had agreed with Zechary would leave us at their mercy. His response was that deals would be concluded long before repayment date. i hope you are correct for all longsuffering shareholders | atlantic57
23/12/2020 10:43 | Boliviana im afraid what you are simply repeating in what i have been told by numerous people in the "know" over the years. Christopher is clearly in the "know " and i have had many detailed conversations with him. As a shareholder you need to look at facts. a) The Consistent decimation of the share price b ) The consistent failure to provide any proper follow through when claims are made of interest ( what happened to the solid interest of December 2019) c) The complete failure to attract a single offer for any of the site. D) Consistently giving away substantial chunks of the Company to third parties like zechary/ e) Selling Company assets to related parties and not making this clear. these are facts So why have i not sold up and called it day. Because the auditors keep signing off the balance sheet which shows an asset which has a value well in excess of the current market cap. | atlantic57
23/12/2020 10:21 | Apart from lack of confidence in the managements ability to deliver is the concern that a prime piece of real estate in a very desirable part of the world appears to have no takers despite several years of marketing. An asset purported be worth a multiple the MIN capitalisation has not resulted in any offer, hostile or otherwise, for the company. Why are they finding it so difficult to market? | fireplace22
23/12/2020 10:00 | boliviana, I have tried listening to someone "in the know" and after FIVE months of silence all he (CE if theres any doubt) can say is "things" are moving forward and as always we will be updated sometime in the future - well REALLY!! Come early new year, (more like late March)that can that everyone is referring to will again be kicked down the road until we reach the end of July. As with atlantic I've got the kitchen sink invested here and feel we have all been fobbed off yet again by the only individual who is truly "in the know"! | wi1l
23/12/2020 09:36 | Atlantic57 I’m not going to post on an open forum who I know or speak to. You are making a very good job of belittling yourself old boy. I will repeat again as you still seem to doubt. Mr Gilbert is not invested in Minoan for 10%. Read into that what you like. | boliviana
23/12/2020 09:25 | Boliviana I have not met Mr Gilbert . Is a freind of yours ? Mr E has not delivered on a single rns update that he is made over the last 7 years other than placings. You have not offered a single piece of evidence that any progress is being made. Perhaps you could share what you have heard which of course would be rumour not fact. Mr Gilbert has a superb income stream of 10% with an option to do more if he wishes. Your style of posting is to belittle other posters who don’t share your view rather than offer any tangible evidence that they are wrong. I have spoken to many people in the know as you put it including Christopher | atlantic57
23/12/2020 09:20 | The can is not being kicked down the road another uninformed comment. Try speaking to someone in the know. Waterloo1 I agree, at least someone posting some sense. | boliviana |
