CMC approved for listing on NEO

Yes it is looking good, post ipo should be higher as well, fingers crossed.

Not bad when you consider the funds already returned to us from the London Plc takeover.

Think CMC maybe the first to list.

Think I’ve got about 120,000 but there might be some adjustment relating to the Warrants as I decided to take additional Buchans rather than Minco in my sipp.

Think I have 195,000 so thats a reasonable New Year bonus if/when it happens.

Expect them all to perform higher in 2022 especially CMC.

So about 50c all in if you take the base levels of pre-IPO funding for the listing.

We have had all 3 companies subject to private placements, so I’ve assumed those 3 numbers.

Whats the value if someone holds 1,000 shares in each company????

Johnpt2. They appear to be worth a good bit more than four years four months ago when Minco went off the market.

I wasn't clear on how this relates to previous fundraising prices. Complicated by the split into 3 companies - but clearly positive to continue to fund work. The Buchans continuation with indicative expansion of the programme with Boliden is the most positive aspect of the recent announcements to me.

fiachra, the Minco Exploration plc news release yesterday said "John F. Kearney, Chairman, and Peter McParland, Chief Executive, each subscribed for 2,000,000 shares for an investment of €100,000, each, and Loy McParland subscribed for 1,000,000 shares for an investment of €50,000, in the placement. In addition, Buchans Resources Limited, a substantial shareholder, and Minco’s former parent company, also subscribed for 2,000,000 shares for €100,000."

The Buchans news release yesterday said "John F. Kearney, Chairman and Chief Executive of Buchans purchased the 2,500,000 flow-through shares for gross proceeds of $500,000 in the private placement.

My question, "Is this good news" was the product of a typing error and a failure on my part to proof read! Ooooops. It should have read "This is good news" GLA

More news: Dublin: December 29, 2021 – Minco Exploration Plc (“MNX”) (“Minco”), announces that it has completed a financing of €350,000 through the placement to certain insiders of 7,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of €0.05 per ordinary share. Full details on the web site.

Once again, Kearney is buying, along with McParland with Minco. Is this good news?
