19/11/2021 21:19 | Mongoose announcement today - some drilling done (results January) and trading on CSE starts on monday. | bageo
17/11/2021 23:17 | Thanks both | keya5000
16/11/2021 17:59 | keya5000. A very quick crude and dirty precis. In April, CMC completed the acquisition of Maximus Metals Corp. The assets that Maximus brought into CMC are shown in previous posting 785. Item 4 on the list shows 13,006,993 common shares in Spark Minerals which has been acquired by Mongoose Mining. Mongoose Mining itself is being listed and will start trading very soon. So CMC now hold shares in Mongoose Mining and we can attach an actual value to their holding. Oh, and reference to Technology Metals' is us essentially as it has CMC as a sole shareholder. Please anyone, do correct anything here that is incorrect. GLA | bodgit
16/11/2021 17:53 | Does anyone have an idea how many shares there will be in cmc, | frost1
16/11/2021 17:24 | CMC own 13m shares in mongoose. This was the only identifiable value that maximus brought in the 'merger'. | bageo
16/11/2021 13:13 | Hi guys, confused on the mongoose connection to CMC, could you explain in simple terms thanks | keya5000
14/11/2021 11:46 | Thanks bageo. Be interesting to see what price Mongoose trade at. They are expected to trade before 19th November so not long. I must confess it's a hard slog going through all the listing documents... so I didn't! GLA | bodgit
14/11/2021 08:42 | The sole shareholder of Technology Metals is Canadian Manganese Company Inc. 40.7% / 36.9% ((undiluted / diluted) of Mongoose mining - 13,006,993 shares @C$0.25 recent fundraising price aprox C$3.25m of shares Listing on the CSE very soon (a few days) - the listing statement & 43-101 report for Mongoose mining have just been published (11/12 November) on the cse website. | bageo
12/11/2021 19:33 | Yes, I'm puzzled.... | bodgit
12/11/2021 16:39 | Have you got the right link? www.mincoexploration | lendmeafiver
12/11/2021 16:36 | Have just tried to look at the Minco Exploration web site and my antivirus system blocked access as it detected an infected web resource. Has anyone else had the same experience and may I respectfully advise caution. I have no idea whether Minco Exploration are aware there may be a problem. GLA | bodgit
06/11/2021 21:08 | Good summary keya | lendmeafiver
06/11/2021 09:38 | CMC is the one that could have the most uplift, close to USA (on border) unusual deposit chemistry that suits ev batteries. Got to be a winner in this market. Buchans with a JV partner in Boilden and a big resource should also fly high. Minco who knows, I would buy Buchans/CMC but see little interest in Minco personally | keya5000
06/11/2021 09:36 | Minco maybe £2-4m Similar to Arkle/IMC exploration? | keya5000
06/11/2021 09:35 | £16m mcap (part asset owned)--Buchans comparable | keya5000
06/11/2021 09:33 | £30m mcap | keya5000
06/11/2021 09:32 | £120m mcap | keya5000
06/11/2021 09:31 | I think CMC will list at a market cap substantially higher than it's tiny early stage neighbour Manganese X, it is at a comparable stage to European Manganese and we should be fine on that. £30m mcap Likewise Buchans, the Boilden deal and asset size with zinc/lead/silver all performing is very positive. £20m mcap Minco maybe £4-6m mcap? All guesses but based on similar listed entities. Bullish metals supercycles in play but stocks yet to react, late 2021 early 2022 could be perfect timing. | keya5000
03/11/2021 16:45 | It’s been some long wait I agree, but I’m not concerned by Canadian Manganese, it’s a fairly unusual asset (carbonate), remember it attracted a private placement so we already have a guide with respect to likely value and there is already a listed company that owns the mining rights next door, I think it will happen soon now there is a management team in place. The likes of Tesla don’t want to be miners so would only do a deal with an operating mining company in my view. I think there will also be a Buchans transaction or listing in the medium term, just leaving minco exploration that I’m less excited about. | lendmeafiver
03/11/2021 08:47 | I will be pleasantly surprised if any of the three companies are listed this year. That it is taking quite a time suggests that the quality of the assets involved are not that good or is it that the case for persuading Mr Market to go for them has not been well made? Who knows. The one which most concerns me is Canadian Manganese where the 'world class' resource has had no public interest since the Chinese looked at it some years ago, became interested in it then walked away. That was though in a different era when the use for stainless steel production was afaik their interest. Now we have just about every car company (and others) looking at EV production where manganese may be needed. I say 'may' because I have no idea where next generation battery technology is going. IF, and it is a big IF, the world class asset outside of China was so valuable that someone like Tesla would have snapped it up for petty cash sums already. Why has no one afaik made an approach to buy it before it is listed? All that said, it could still happen this year....... GLA and it looks like we'll need that. | bodgit
03/11/2021 08:11 | CMC Q4. MEL / BRL ‘22 Q1. I’ve been told that this is the listing timetable from the directors. Anyone suggest any brokers that will accept the paper certificates issued fir Buchan’s, Minco & Canadian Manganese? | gimmetheloot |
