Both Buchans Resources and CMC afaik have their Annual meetings today. For CMC it is a Special meeting as well. I do not expect anything exciting from either but you never know. GLA.

Why not login to CMC's Agm on 24th June and ask about listing date...Interesting management share ownership.. Ceo & Directors over 30%. There won't be any opportunistic takeover offer without their approval.

You'll probably need a lot more patience Fiver.Nothing ever happens in summer so I wouldn't expect anything until at least October and that's being optimistic.

CMC listing sometime this year does seem very likely. That said, to state the obvious,it's only done when it's done and until then, watch and wait. GLA

rjwoodrjwood, fwiw, I concur, the terms were, if you did not elect to receive Minco or Buchans (a quarter as many) then you automatically would get the Minco Exploration Ltd shares. It would be nice to soon see a positive return on investment on any one of the three entities, all three would be rather better.... GLA

My understanding was, if I make no preferences then my warrants would be converted to Minco Exploration......(it's just taking a while) .Many thanks to those who have posted similar situation, its reassuring to know I'm not the only one!

Should have added in comparing us to Manganese X that we have a much further advanced Manganese deposit: theirs is still at the exploration stage. If listing is in June that means it must already be in motion as I think it typically takes 3 months to go through the administrative checks.

My warrants with ii and Halifax (Lloyds) have all been converted into share holdings, as per instructions given. I think there is a default if you didn't make an election, Minco from memory.

On telegram group for aym a poster has said there seems to be some effort regards the amalgamation of buchans, minco and aym . He also says Canadian Manganese is due to list in June.

Thanks for link. Update says "CMC plans to make application to list its shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange as soon as possible."

Also reaffirms: "The Plymouth deposit, together with the North and South Hartford deposits, are believed to represent the largest accumulation of manganese carbonate (rhodochrosite) in North America and collectively one of the largest manganese carbonate deposits in the world outside China."

"Manganese has been identified by the Canadian and US governments as a critical strategic mineral that is essential for national defense, aerospace, technology, and energy that is highly susceptible to supply interruptions due to the lack of domestic production."

"Manganese is a key component in the formulations of the cathode material used in high-performance lithium-ion batteries, ... "

This last sentence means they could be of great interest to Tesla, like Manganese X.
