30/10/2021 16:48 | About the only thing of possible near term value is spark (merging into CSE listed mongoose mining) - "new website due November" ... could be C$1m+ of value here others appear to be minimal value. | bageo
30/10/2021 14:31 | Well I haven't read Schedule C and to be honest don't know where it might be?! But my point is that however potentially exciting and valuable these assets might be, the company have stated that they have no immediate plans to explore and evaluate them. So, why buy a company (and relatively speaking it was a significant acquisition) when you have no plan to do anything with 'substantially all of the fair value of the assets'? | steve36
29/10/2021 20:56 | Read a little deeper All 8 of them are listed in SCHEDULE "C" Assets, Investments and Material Contracts of Maximos......... | anynews
29/10/2021 18:05 | That is a good question Bageo. CMC financial statements state that "Substantially all of the fair value of the assets acquired in the Maximos Acquisition is concentrated in a single identifiable asset or group of similar identifiable assets, being exploration and evaulation assets" and then later on there is a further comment that "The Maximos exploration and evaluation assets have been recorded at a nominal value as the Company has no immediate plans for the ongoing exploration and evaluation of these assets" So, if the value of Maximos is represented by assets that CMC has no immediate plans for, it does beg the question why CMC issued 60m shares to Maximos shareholders. The announcement of the acquisition was also a little underwhelming in terms of the benefit of the deal to CMC existing shareholders, though I note that the CEO of Maximos, Matthew Allas, has now been appointed CEO of CMC. | steve36
29/10/2021 17:08 | hxxps://www.sedar.co as of 28th oct Only had a quick scan so far - (1) the 2019 documents are now on Sedar for Canadian manganese (2) agreement with maximos (3) apr21 subscrption agreement sadly still lacking details on maximos assets - which have been written off hence what did they bring to the party for their shareholding post merger? | bageo
20/10/2021 00:13 | Just seen the latest Zinc price, get it listed please. | lendmeafiver
14/10/2021 17:21 | Agree, it’s getting ridiculous now, especially given market prices. | lendmeafiver
14/10/2021 17:19 | Would be nice to see some action soon from one of the three entities regarding listing. Metal prices very helpful at present. The Managanese project should fly in this ev battery market and also Buhcans with zinc above $1.60 should be attractive. Anyone remember the statement that suggested we would list again at the earliest possible opportunity three or four years ago! | keya5000
11/10/2021 12:32 | Prospects and Drilling here there and everywhere with some help from Boliden. Boliden have enough ore in Navan to keep them going for the next 30 years. They're not going to get overexcited about the next "big find". As nearly all the shareholders (and Officers)in Minco are already pretty long in the tooth it's way past time to get Minco listed and give folks the opportunity to either stay in the game or pass on to the next generation | marthy
07/10/2021 17:56 | I see the Canadian Manganese web site still says 'OUR NEW WEBSITE IS COMING SOON'. How long has that been shown? Months? I do wish they would use terms which have an operational definition. I guess it will change to 'SHORTLY' sometime soon! Rant over. I'm off. GLA | bodgit
30/9/2021 18:02 | New today - Minco Exploration plc Publishes Interim Report for the six months ended 30 June 2021. Enjoy..... or not as the case may be. Gla | bodgit
01/9/2021 22:10 | CMC I don't know accounting rules but note "The loss in the current six month period is mainly attributable to a loss recognized in connection with the Maximos acquisition of $12,284,235" - has anyone any ideas? | bageo
01/9/2021 21:20 | News release today on the Buchans web site: hxxps://www.buchansr | bodgit

01/9/2021 14:24 | Canadian Manganese Reports Second Quarter Results Operations Update##This sentence is worth noting - "During the quarter ended June 30, 2021 CMC completed financings raising a total of $6.2 million, acquired Maximos Metals Corp. and is currently processing an application to list its shares on a Canadian stock exchange." A listing this Autumn might make Christmas more enjoyable, he wishes. hxxps://www.canadian | bodgit
01/9/2021 14:20 | Minco Starts Drilling on Moate Prospecting Licence 31 August 2021 – Minco Exploration plc (“MNX” or “Minco”) is pleased to announce that diamond drilling has started on its wholly-owned Prospecting Licence 1229 in County Westmeath to test a zinc-lead target. The target, located to the east of Athlone, was defined following a detailed review of historic exploration results and more recent drilling by Minco. These data have defined a geological setting interpreted as analogous to that hosting the Tynagh mine (11.8 Mt @ 11.5% Zn+Pb) 45 km to the south-west. Peter McParland, Minco’s CEO, commented that “We are very excited to get this new drill hole started and look forward to up-dating shareholders on progress during the coming weeks”. | bodgit

26/8/2021 00:10 | I read the Minco AGM statement that covered an exploration update of sorts but couldn’t see any reference to the ultra deep hole they started last year. Anyone any ideas on this? | keya5000
23/8/2021 10:15 | Astonishingly, they have (during the last couple of days) just been converted into Minco Exploration shares! The system seems to be slowly progressing !! | rjwoodrjwood
23/8/2021 09:56 | I still have warrants showing in my HSBC account...... Presumably still awaiting conversation to Minco exploration shares. | rjwoodrjwood
22/8/2021 18:48 | I still havent received my minco exploration paper share certificate. The mail i received recently was regarding the agm, id wrongly presumed it was the official documentation for my shares after previous posters had said their online portfolios had been credited their shares. | ardtole
21/8/2021 19:05 | Agree, shareholders need to start writing to Management. | lendmeafiver
21/8/2021 15:15 | This is disgraceful the length of time it is taking them to list companies. | frost1
18/8/2021 17:03 | Results of AGM posted on Minco web site. My take on it is simple, I'll put these in the bottom drawer because to me it looks like years rather than months before any likely listing. I hope I am wrong and happy to read any alternative views. GLA hxxps://www.mincoexp | bodgit |
