No listing without a current 43-101 so that is a good sign. Also need recommended & funded (via listing or before) work programme for qualifying main asset so all sounds positive towards a listing.

Reading the recent CMC Technical report again, I note that "Matthew Allas, President & CEO commented, “We are very encouraged with this meaningful step towards both the re-imagining of the Woodstock Project and our public listing process."

Encouraging comment though it is not clear to me the extent to which the recommendations in the report may need to be underway or even completed before any listing.

I confess my ignorance of the listing process though I guess the more work that is done, there might be a higher listing price though conversely, the listing may be delayed pending results. Here is the comment in the report about proposed further work "Mercator recommended that completion of infill drilling to upgrade mineral resource categorization to levels necessary for Prefeasibility (PFS) or Feasibility (FS) programs is required to move the Woodstock Project forward, in combination with completion of new metallurgical studies recommended by Thibault focused specifically on optimization of MSM and HPMSM production.

Can anyone here throw some light on possible implications, if any, of the above for timing of the listing which I understand is already underway? I'm hoping and have fingers crossed for a listing H1 next year.... GLA

Third quarter results for CMC released and are shown under the 'Coming Soon' link on the web site. No new news on the listing. GLA

keya5000, think you are currently a tad optimistic on the value to CMC of their 13+ milion Mongoose Mining shares. Looks like they are currently c.20 cents to sell so approx 2.6 million dollars Canadian. Happy to see that number grow though!
