I get the sinking feeling the GS holdings post was deliberate. It suckered me in.

Gives them and some mates chance to unload. The drop afterwards would seem to confirm that.

I don't prescribe to a lot of the nonsense on these threads, but the GS shenanigans does look fraudulent.

There is nothing terminally wrong with Metro. All the forecasts say they're not going to be a business turning any profit for a while, but that's not a justification for this total destruction of the share price. There is still value in this business but that's never stopped a few hedge funds destroying a viable enterprise before I suppose...
