Must admit SR you’ve got me worried now. Just also been told the the 10year is at 0.8%.
I also saw the impact on US banks last night, on average 5% down.
Is there any hope for a little piggy like metro?

We can make an absolute fortune buy side. Just patience required on sidelines for buy side money

I'm betting that subptime packages are replaced by personal debt wrappers. Double the subprime of 2008 and zero faith in the ratings on them

Strongest backs will survive How the smaller ones will .. imo is a very tall ask .... worse than 2008 .. which was a credit crunch .. not a world crisis like this.

SR, good question to throwback but if they haven’t been reporting correctly and position hasn’t been monitored and audited by FCA/BOE, then we are all in trouble and FCA/BOE need hammering.

Are they really better capitalised though?

Look what happened on US repo rate spike one night.

Even JPM were scrambling for cash..

Different scenario this time. Better capitalised and more options available should a financial crisis occur.

May not have the opportunity with this and a number of other shares sbbx1.
The only one company that I wouldn’t feel anything for is Saga at the moment as, and I’ll be honest, hurt me bad last year following the fall.

Ammu12, you do realise if it goes sub 100 there maybe the likelihood of a run on the bank once twitter starts up again. The panic in society is already there to see.

Global action was required but then again maybe just a sign of global fear so maybe no winner regardless ?

It was strange to be fair. Alone it was a sign of US weakness/fear
