Tufty, keep the garage for me at this rate I may still need it, MPH lost 2.5p on the week owing to that man Boateng will we ever be rid of him? Pleased your doing so well and congratulations for Feb and the new arrival. I have 2 grandsons(3yrs of age) and 2 granddaughters(6 months old) now so they keep me busy.....................regards wbj

PS Dividend money due on the 22nd so I may be able to afford a small chicken for mrs wbj's christmas dinner and if there's any left over perhaps your polish guest would like to tuck in, don't expect they have much money left after paying your rent charge...........................lol

OoO:-

Boateng won the court case, but MPH appealed, that means until the appeal is heard and judged on then the original agreement stands, that is in case the appeal is a success, it was, therefore Boateng broke the terms of the contract and whilst it was before a court.

Termination of licence,Boateng has tried every which way to terminate, what could be new now that wasn`t around before, therefore I would say that MPH are confident of winning substantial damages and retaining the licence.

I feel like one of the Dragons in the Dragon's Den with MPH. It's not that I don't think it will make money, it's just not for me any more. Just can't see too much to attract investors in the short term. If acquisition is good there should still be time to get back in.

I assume Boateng started Flogging his wares directly because he won December 2005 Court judgement in getting the licence with Marchpole terminated but like ARGY2 I don't really care.

Now just what are Marchpole confident of winning? Damages from Boateng, Boateng's New Grounds for terminating the licence or Both?

For the Damages claim I'm also in the really don't care camp but the Licence issue is another thing altogether.

Not sure what the reasons are and not sure I really care. But I know the market hates uncertainty and court cases. Many investors will choose to invest elsewhere imho.

My take on the new court action is that MPH found out that Boateng was producing a Diffusion range for sale in this country, MPH started court action for damage`s, Boateng approached MPH to settle "amicable", after some discussion MPH has told Boateng to p*ss off, Boateng has gone public stating that MPH refuse to settle amicable so he is counter sueing to remove the licence, so MPH produced an RNS to explain the facts, so really the court action is only now into the "serious" stage, with MPH pushing for an early court date confident of winning.

There doesn`t appear to be the buy trades to justify today`s mark up considering the amount of sells there have been, must be a buyer in the background!

pingi,THE point made may have been lost on you.IF MPH sold on ur suggestion would 'ave been @ 107p to buy RAB @ 101.5p.Can sell MPH @ 110p and buy RAB @ 100p.THEREFORE better holding MPH.Did sell MPH as posted, therefore no holdings and averaging up from 76p @ CCT 100p-103p as posted.RAB continues drop from 101.5p to 99's.oouch.lol.Where's your SOS?! lol! Moral is do not listen to others/you. ADYOR.

oops momentos me! lol. Still have allegiance to MPH & holders seeing greater value than where MPH trading now.Unfortunate OB raised head again as thought dead & buried.Best Wishes and regards to all.lex.;o)
