13/12/2006 09:40 | Momentos do we know exactly what the facts are regarding the decision by Boateng to go back to court. If its to end the contract on what grounds has he stated.............. | ![]() wbjunior
13/12/2006 09:39 | Yes, and MPH's new lawyers Memery Crystal seem a bit more on the ball than the old ones Field Fisher Waterhouse. | momentos
13/12/2006 09:35 | If Boateng has been selling a Diffusion line to MPH`s customers, then in view of the litigation that was taking place at the time and the litigation history, the courts will take a very stern line with Boateng, MPH could be awarded substantial damages. IMHO. | ![]() dan de lion
13/12/2006 09:34 | Dust settling, about 85k of sells, 425k old money. Christmas bonus for market makers! | momentos
13/12/2006 09:28 | Pot and Kettle there Cosnova, see Marchpole hstory re Jasper Conran, Marchpole v Morris (expenses) etc etc Morris has a season ticket for the High Court. | momentos
13/12/2006 09:25 | Morning all, keep cool just the mm making the most of the situation, recovery will not be far away, golden opportunity to top up, pity its not just after the divi was paid................ | ![]() wbjunior
13/12/2006 09:22 | Didn't Boateng go bankrupt once before, obviously didn't learn much!, better to mitigate then to litigate | ![]() cosnova
13/12/2006 09:20 | Not much point getting in a lather over this. Will it impact profits? Probably not materially (and possibly positively). Long term holders will just have to remain patient. As long as the expected profits materialise, and the business doesn't go down the pan now that YSL is over, demonstrated profits should be enough to convince Mr Market eventually. Meantime, enjoy the pre-Christmas divvy! To cheer everyone up, I gather (from press comment) that sales have been booming at Harrods, which IIRC is one of MPH's retail outlets. A positive trading statement early next year would be nice. Merry Christmas one and all. | marben100
13/12/2006 09:05 | momentos Michael Morris and arbitration? Now I know it's the silly season! | ![]() argy2
13/12/2006 09:02 | Didnt think they would give me some shares for 109 got to be cheeky though, it changes nothing a top up chance for the knowledgable ones in my opinion, mm's love the fear in pi's | ![]() cr4zyness
13/12/2006 09:01 | Agree, MM nice scare tactics. Opportunity for cheap top up. It is relatively insignificant. Have they not heard of arbitration, this lot? Probably would have helped from the start. Perhaps no-one is brave enough to get between the two of them! | momentos
13/12/2006 09:00 | Morning all, Well yet again the OB case comes back to kick all holders in the ass. Short term traders win again with the quick rise from last month banked while the long term holders face another few months waiting for the next court case. I see the price coming off a touch more due to the fact that most with a profit will bank it and run while those who were sitting on the side lines will now walk off to look at other shares. The prospects are good but the sentiment is not with this one. | ![]() tuftymatt
13/12/2006 08:59 | Chill out MPH will come out on top with costs. | the skies the limit
13/12/2006 08:56 | I don't think this affects anything. Or am I missing something? Boateng obviously to lose and maybe even pay costs and damages. Fundamentals remain. BUY | vixen
13/12/2006 08:51 | fed up with this.....I could understand a fall if the share price had ever got to a reasonable level!....say 150p........personal | ![]() taffychaff
13/12/2006 08:48 | Well at least we have got some movement one way or the other put a large buy order in at 109 we will see if they oblige, probably get an RNS tomorrow regarding aquisition!! lol | ![]() cr4zyness
13/12/2006 08:47 | what a bloody mess! | ![]() pricemilne5
13/12/2006 08:47 | fozzie Exactly my thoughts so I've just sold the last of my holding. This will be another drag on the price, and though I do see future propects as good there are better opportunities around. Also broken through 112.5p support intraday. | premierpompey2
13/12/2006 08:41 | Another calamity befalls our beloved MPH. Really am getting near the end of my tether with this one. Its just one thing after another. I seem to almost get back to break even (125p) within touching distance and then its something else again that pulls it out of my grasp. The annoying thing is that i have a decent amount of money tied up here and it has been tied up for a very long time and would have been much better utilised elsewhere. Into the bottom drawer again...... | ![]() fozzie
13/12/2006 08:41 | Will we see 100 again? | ![]() actybod
13/12/2006 07:55 | Maybe MM has a 'cashback' deal similar to the ones credit cards offer? | ![]() argy2 |
