I'd say that if Boateng's been selling other diffusion lines during their deal with Marchpole, the only winner will be Marchpole. We're clearly not going to make anything on the stuff that OB's designed for Marchpole so far, so this chance to make something in the courts should be very welcome.

Bleeding arty types, 2m plus they will pay to the lawyers, if they divvied it half each its still way more than the diffusion agreement will ever make for them....

Perhaps the next acquisition is a firm of Lawyers.....

Just when you thought it was safe: (issued at 17:37 this evening)

Earlier this year, Bespoke Couture Limited sold a diffusion range of garments to some of the Company's customers in breach of the Licence Agreement. The Company commenced proceedings in June 2006 against Bespoke Couture Limited claiming damages and in those proceedings Bespoke Couture Limited have made a Counterclaim in which it alleges that it has new grounds to terminate the Licence Agreement. The Company has been advised that Bespoke Couture Limited has no prospect of success and that it will be awarded substantial damages against Bespoke Couture Limited.

The Company is seeking trial of the new action at the earliest possible date
which is likely to be in about March or April 2007. In the meantime, the Company have continued to produce and sell Boateng Diffusion garments for Spring/Summer 2007 and will be doing so for the Autumn/Winter 2007 season.

Marchpole must be one of their lawyers' favourite clients :0)

100% agreed Cr4zyness - reading reent reports is as tedious as listening to a dripping tap. I only drop in because I cant break the habit. And I suspect the longest column miles are stil coming from those who dont even own MPH stock.

morning all quiet start to day as yesterday, lets hope it ends up the same way up 2. If the rise was due to a buyer in the background and no one selling I don't think they picked up many, so we should see more today if everyone holds firm.................wbj

wbj, will be extremely happy when MPH trading between 150p & 250p whether i'm holding or not.0ver time I think it will.Allow up to 24 months higher range with proviso company grow business in line with expectations and potential realised.Rise delayed until re-rating,positive sentiment and volumes.MPH trades in it's own way or more precisely how mms wish it to trade.Unable to tell whether 2 x 5k are rollover.In my opinion MPH looks very positive and see it moving on to trade higher.Holders receive divi next week,dividends progressive increase meaningful % yield for holders @ 100p or below.S=112.5p R=120p.Will history repeat itself? Looking 2004 chart and strong rise once 120p resistance broken! BULLISH.Good luck.regards.lex.

edit:i'll leave you guys to it.o/t CCT highlighted here 76/77 & hot stock @ 100p > up +2.8% this morning 12/12/06. Watch resistance @ 120p & 125p.Possible to bank profits and get back in mph sub 119p.Making much more than could have done in MPH.Got 90% money invested in it courtesy opinion on mph thread.Will let you know if buy back mph.regards to one & all.lex ;o)

Just got back in nice to see some movement, but the action is yet to unfold. If investors keep their fingers off the sell button and the demand is there these will move quickly north imho. Lex very fair and unbiased view to your comments as always regards.............wbj
