GKN Aerospace is the world's leading aerospace supplier with 50 manufacturing locations in 15 countries. Additive manufacturing MES developer Authentise has become one of 10 startups selected to be a part of an accelerator program for the UK aerospace sector. Run by Boeing and the Aerospace Technology Institute (ATI), supported by Ignite, the program was launched early November 2019, and collected over 260 applicants by November 15. GKN Aerospace is the inaugural corporate sponsor of the program.

“We are really excited about what the startup community — especially around sustainability and industry 4.0 — can bring into aerospace,” commented Paul Perera, VP Technology at GKN Aerospace. “I believe there’s a lot of innovation in this ecosystem and it will be incredibly rewarding to work with Boeing and ATI to help generate the future leaders of the aerospace industry.”

This first cohort will begin its business guidance from the program in January 2020 and will complete the cycle 12 weeks later with the opportunity to pitch to industry stakeholders and investors. In addition to guidance, the cohort will be given an insight into operations at Boeing and introduced to a network of potential collaborators. Each company also receives a cash sum from Boeing’s HorizonX Ventures. Money allocated ranged from between £100 thousand and £1 million, granted to half the applicants, to between and £1 million and £3 million for 20%, and £0 – $100 thousand for the remaining 30%.

Great news on setting a legal end of 2020 deadline. You can’t negotiate without the option of walking away. Boris doing it the right way for U.K.

Tournesol. Yes isn’t it brilliant. Must have pleased Labour supporting Richard Curtis and Hugh Grant, the latter having the distinction of only having supported losing candidates🤣🤣🤣29315;

I am taking final, pre-Christmas orders for my latest wallet photo, available early in the new year.
There are 3 versions, a plain 6"x4" photo, a framed 10"x8" photo and a framed 80"x60" photo, signed by myself and by Hugh Grant. Made in the UK.

A perfect gift for the young, budding entrepreneur, displaying a carefully captured image of an 'ultimate goal'.

Oh happy days! Made even happier in the knowledge Minnie hates us Brexiteers for winning, us Tory supporters for supporting Boris and us Melrose investors for making a profit.

Laughing all the way to the bank.

Another 10 years. From the DT

“Jeremy Corbyn has called on like-minded followers to join the Labour party in an apparent bid to ensure the election of another hard-left leader.

Defiant in the face of the party's massive defeat, Mr Corbyn said "although his wasn't our moment, our time will come".

I've always been a capitalist old boy and my net-worth proves I am a damn site better at being one than you will ever be even when I care about the weak and poorest in society too.

You are just an old irrelevant low achieving frustrated numpty.

This is SOOOO funny, seeing the squirming Minnie trying hard to show he's a caring, sharing human being while all along he is nothing but a capitalist in Marxist clothing. He, like several friends I have are finding it impossible to come to terms with the Democratic process and believe rags like the Mirror have unearthed a dreadful story of a child dying of pneumonia on the floor of a major hospital. Simply not true, totally staged for a political position by a left wing paper trying to bolster support. It failed, just like Labour failed under Corbyn. The future is bright, the future is Trump orange. 😂😂🤪

It’s just the likes of Minny who are still not man enough to accept it. Even Heseltine and Cable have accepted it for God’s sake!!!
