Losos is getting confused with Keyno. Many on here have bad memories. We'll excuse them though because of their age.

Losos

Gosh!

Hate to disappoint you twice but I am a he. I do try to be in touch with my feminine side, but my efforts in that endeavour generally go un-noticed.

And no, I am not Ryelodge - can't say I have any idea what kind of stuff R posts.

My posting history covers a very long period, initially at iii then at The Motley Fool which was the main beneficiary of my wisdom and acerbic wit. Have been on ADVFN for a long time too but until the demise of TMF it was only an occasional haunt. Now with TMF gone I come here more often. Also Stockopedia.

Over the past 20 odd years I have at different times used a few different noms de plume - JimNasium, TinTin, RG, Tournesol (spot the connection between the last 3?) but these were used sequentially not in parallel. I have never used multiple aliases contemporaneously and never posted under misleading aliases. I have no connection at all with Ryelodge.

There are people who post here who know me in the flesh so-to-speak and can confirm my identity: Emptyend, The Great Geraldo, greyingsurfer, HaiderAli, to name but 4. They surely do not always agree with my comments but they will I am sure vouchsafe my genuineness.

HTH

Why is it the the grandpas on this thread - Oh sorry brexit I forget you shoot blanks - seem to think we are interested in their daily agenda? We couldn't care less about their sad little lives. This is an investment thread. If you want a social network like that go on Zuckerbook, or is it too complex for you?

Well off out now to help Mrs. Losos in the garden, then walk Casey in the forrest, and a few other things to do this afternoon. Enjoy your day everyone what ever you are doing.

MEANWHILE - "This chap, and the other appointee Butterworth look as though they've been actively poached rather than brought out of retirement as GKN had done with their CEO. Maybe they were well known for some time by Melrose as men who would fit the mould."

Well I'm sure you are right and it does indicate that the MRO board recognise that GKN was a big fish to swallow. So I'm all in favour of them taking on extra manpower, even so it is still going to take a while get GKN fully up to speed.

Renewi share price cratered this morning. What did Napoleon say about wanting Lucky Generals. Has MRO just recruited one?

gettingrichslow - Thanks for your comments.

Well the mystery of 'Ryelodge' continues haha - you may well be right with 'Ryelodge' but I don't think he's Tournesol see my post above, 'tho I could be wrong, it does sometimes happen haha.

B+ - "We love seeing Monty Don’s Golden Retrievers"

That's the only reason I watch that program haha, (Well Mrs. Losos is the main gardener in this house)

We may get a companion for Casey I think he does miss Lara I'll post on here if we do.

Yertiz - "The Spanish 'flu pandemic in 1918-19 killed more people than the Great War"

Yes that's true but the scale of this was partly due to the vast numbers of troops returning home across many countirs at the end of the conflict so in a sense the numbers of dead could be added to the appauling numbers killed between 1914 and 1918.

I'll be thinking of you marching with the British Legion on Sunday.

MEANWHILE - Thanks for your comments, never seen a crude or blasphomous comment from you, you are entitled to say what you feel even if others don't agree.

You said "As tournesol (and remember he is not the same person as me) points out there is always the filter"

Actualy I'm pretty certain you are not him because I also have some vague recollection that 'he' is actually a 'she', unless you are a bi..something....oh gawd best not go down that route ;-)

I think we need tournesol to clarify matters haha.

Yertiz, being a military man will you be attending a Remembrance service on Sunday? We always go to Cheltenham where the Promenade is full.

Luckily my family didn’t lose anyone fighting in either war - too young or too old except one uncle who was conscripted in 1917. The Spanish flu however killed five. And four murdered in their own home in 1944 by para-militaries.

Good Morning Losos,

As I have said several times previously, Donald (aka Zimmer, aka minerve) is very predictable and just an attention seeker. Ignore. He’s not worth the effort.

Will you be getting another Newfoundland? It’s great to see two dogs interacting, particularly when one is young. We love seeing Monty Don’s Golden Retrievers, Nigel and Nell, together on Gardener’s World. Apparently he and his wife have two others, a Dachshund and an ankle nipper, a Jack Russell.

Yes, I'm easy on that, whatever it is. Just go with what meets your personal requirements.

We don't care about the future of families, earnings are more important, yet we really care about insignificant little smelly furry things? Is that right? LOL

Grow a set of balls guys, grow-up and become men. Not little boys who can only focus on the next punt, sport's match, pet or something else that pleases the little boys.

You are just a bunch of deluded irrelevant imbeciles. There is no wonder I p*ss all over you in the success of life. My priorities and values are much better in balance.

Nil points on the importance scale is way ahead of where you are on the same scale, Minerve. You have demonstrated again what a reprehensible individual you are. Pathetic really. And to ask Losos if he is a man or mouse just demonstrates you are more mouse than man.

Well done to you Meanwhile, you are absolutely right on this one.

Shame the dog didn't die in China. They could have minced it up and cooked it. Best thing for a dog in my opinion. If I ever get to China I might try some cooked dog. Could be tasty.
