Focus on the real issues guys. While you are fighting Alan, cowgil and co are laughing into their bird seed. Moaning about other posters when you can simply filter them or ignore them is a waste of effort. MBL directors have never been called to account and continue to run the company as they please and feel they have no need to communicate with shareholders or the Market.

Fantastic JonC.

I have ramped many stocks, most have quadruplued, some even 10 folded but you of
course remember dvs which after quadrupling went bust :-))

The big man behind the screen, do you fancy meeting me to discuss shares, I will
meet any poster here in the flesh, a friendly share chat

PS...LOL "cr has credibility"....he has ramped over 20 stocks that have gone bust, he is no different from topinfo etc etc

you reap what you sow

Indeed.

The fact is that you have been one of the most prolific rampers on ADVFN.

I get involved in very few threads but remember DVS?

When I pointed out the issues with the company you were as offensive as the best of them. When it was blatantly obvious that there was a problem with the company you attacked any poster that pointed it out.

IMO CR has credibility and clear ethics while you are a two bit ramper and deceiver.

Well it doesn't offend me because I have him on filter for some previous misdemeanour and would suggest that is the route people should take. Saves a lot of grief and timewasting.

On the bird seed it is basically a good idea. But this is the sort of thing we thought they were doing with Uxplore and that was just a method of getting cash to their mates.

CR is absolutely right and I wouldn't trust this lot with anything. Trevor Allen, Lisa clarke nor Peter Cowgill will never have any of my money again.

Hatetraders post #4624 is one of the most despicable pieces of venom I have seen on ADVFN. To taunt someone for the unfortunate physical consequences of an accident only serves to exposes his own sad
and miserable outlook on life. His odious username - hatetrader - also provides some very revealing insight into his character. I'm sure that CR and other posters will just regard his comments with utter contempt !

fft - I didn't say hatetrader was Davidosh, nor tanner. I just said there were a number on here that fell in love with the stock blindly. I invest in and trade in lots of stocks but no matter how good I feel about a stock I will dump it if I become suspicious of what I'm being told.

I think if anyone believes MUBL is going to become something good selling bird feed then they are bonkers. Sceptics might say that the directors here have behaved crookedly or incompetently but no matter what, this co isn't worthy of a penny of my cash until there's a different board at the very least imo

CR,

if 8trade (hatetrader etc) is also posting under the 'davidosh' username, then the mind boggles. David is really hiding his schizophrenia very well ! :-)

Cheers Typo - some classic posts of denial in that link from Hatrader (aka 21smithy, Tanners, Davidosh and others.

That link above proves just what a blagging liar you are hatetrader and how punters fall in love with a stock - love is blind remember.

"Funny I told my friend to mention DCD at 1.4p" lol - like you told me and everyone to buy it at 15p before it got to 1.4p too lol.

And they say comedy is a dead lolololol.

What's your next handle? Tweetie Pie or Fat Balls?

Instead of buying into a failing bird seed distribution business could they not have shut up shop and returned the cash to shareholders? Of course, that might mean the end of the directors' gravy train.

Does it not require shareholder approval to make a acquisition with as much cash as the current market cap?

And why is the new company based in Leicester? Do they not have any spare distribution capacity in Leyland?

I see that liquidators were appointed for Hastings Bistro Limited earlier this month. That was another failing business the directors decided to acquire.

davebowler - 4607: There could be synergy - maybe they are 'branching' out into DVD delivery by carrier pigeon!

DB - are you suggesting the business has 'gone to seed' ? Maybe they'll acquire a business supplying chicken feed in due course - now that would be both synergetic and poetic too !
