only two options. 1. someone very stupid. 2. inside information. Given the history of this stock, I know whch one I would choose.

Volume a lot higher here (10x usual - tho only a few £1,000) and price bought at higher than for a long while - is something about to happen - why would it go up at all bearing in mind the uncertainty.

Think they gotta be trying to sell the whole lot what else is there to do?

Well clearly not going to get a TU for the critical period.

Year end is 30/3 - probably saving a few shillings and doing one for the lot.

Nothing at all going on here - no thoughts on where it might be heading - zip, zilch, nada.

Carry on like this and that will be the price of the share . . .

"The Board is committed to stabilising the business following the damaging events of earlier this year and we shall provide an update on headline performance in late January 2012."

Or "very late January" (as March is called).

I'm talking about the contents of their warehouse and they don't even have the courtesy to get back to the interested party. Strange way to run a distressed company!

I thought they had sold all their stock . . . .

Clearly the bad numbers are taking a long time to add up.

Question is though whether that is all factored in and we are expecting it go bang anyway?

No point now, they read this BB.. So Tommy, what are you saying. Offered a cash deal? had to buy it via someones brother? or do you mean stock as in shares?

An interesting exercise.....
Phone up this company and pose as a possible buyer of their stock and see what happens.

Largest volume since December with a sale of 123k shares for a princely sum of £5k.

Maybe we get the results tomorrow.

Just been looking at historical trades looks like one person buying up £100 worth a day. Seems odd bearing in mind deal costs. Been happening for 8 days or so.

Any thoughts on why people might do that.

Timesmoney - 4564: the co advised the Market that a TU would be issued. It hasn't, they need to explain why!

LOL - now that would be a novel event !

Well someone (who is unfortunate to still hold shares) needs to ask the Nomad or the Chairman, what's goin' on.
Rumours from PR agents are not helpful. The fact remains, the co advised the Market that a TU would be issued. It hasn't, they need to explain why!

Exactly - no-one could have had high expectations so if they cannot / will not issue any update does seem troublesome.

I find it difficult to imagine anything that will have gone well in an update.
