ToBack. Who did you talk to?
If the resposne you recieved was from someone in the know, they are in posesion of information which could be price sensitive and they are duty bound to issue a statement.

I think something is afoot and I can't quite work out which way it is.

I asked the company when we might get an update and the response I got was "they do not feel that they are in a position to give an update at this time."

Either impending doom or corporate activity.But Which?

As a long term holder who has lost bucket loads I have a bad feeling . . .

The statement indicates they are still trading, so this must be their version of a trading statement ! :-)

I half expected a trading statement to be appended to the Nomad RNS. Would have saved cost!

From last RNS - I suppose they could leave it til 23:59 today - that would be late!!

If they said they'd issue an update at the end of January then I'm sure they will. It's just not their style to mislead investors.

They said in their last update that they would issue TU at the end of Jan. 31/1 was also the date last year.

Whoops - just realised that is today.
