Is there any point in emailing Carl Isaksson again. What can we add in an email? I think Carl Isaksson is genuine.

Matra is super example of the benefits having shares at your brokers account. I have some physical shares and no one gives a f.... about picking up a phone, answering the mail or a lawyers letters.

Even if an Austrian or Swiss bank wrote - they simply do not care. Shareholders register keeping was outsourced - said the Co and gave the contact. The keeper said - deal with the Co etc....

I was thrown out of the ledger and never ever contacted despite being written down with my name.

Lars Beitnes certainly don't want to get in touch. Carl obviously believes the IR at Pure Positioning will get in touch ASAP. The company don't want to converse with us shareholders, WHY.

You need to go to company website and read minutes of November EGM under corporate governance .Same thing as previously - they have voted in their right to issue shares or warrants as they see fit and in whatever quantity they want .Even if relisted and our shares still intact would be diluted to oblivion .This is of course all IMHOhttps://m.purepositioning.se

To all who are interested in this saga. I emailed Carl Isaksson at 1400 this afternoon asking for a contact at Pure Positioning, I believed it could be a scam. At 1530 I had a reply from Carl Isaksson stating he will get Lars beitnes director at Pure Positioning to email me. All we can do is wait and see what happens.

Just spoke to iiThey hold my shares in a nominee account .Matra changed originally to Absolute positioning but name on Shares now Pure Positioning .ii not aware of any impending relist and would notify us if anything happened .To me it seems just like an accounting scheme and I ca t see any relist - IMHO

I dont know Matra is no more If it's relisted might be diluted to hell.They may need to relist to get hold of money or assets from past .I have no idea but Matra shareholders very much bottom of their priorities

It has never been publicly traded o. It's pèsent form - it's a new company that has been created and which they say may list .I personally don't believe a word of it .But it must be official if brokers have changed name but it's just cosmetic

On the Pure Positioning website under meetings, was Matra Petroleum's Agm, the meeting was conducted on the 20th February 2020. Bakermckenzie was the legal entity at the meeting. Carl Isaksson was at the meeting. I do not know what their set up is in relation to Pure Positioning. I emailed him asking about the share register. 'Was I still a shareholder in Pure Positioning' no other queries! He could have refused to reply to my email. Lars BEITNES has an email address.
Lars. [e-mail].I was unable to send a message to him. Try the email yourself Rodney. If Pure Positioning is no longer publicly traded, what does that mean for us shareholders??
