Why don't Pure Positioning AB even reply to their investor relations site. Carl Isaksson at Baker Mckenzie told me he would give me the name of a contact in Pure Positioning AB to speak with. I haven't bothered yet. ??

It will relist, Presumably that's when we get all the information on the new company?? Do we get the same amount of shares as we had in Matra??? If we get 5% Rodney that means I'll get about a 10 tenner in the new company. Exciting!! The thing is will you buy into the new set up?????

They have changed graphics of site .Wording much the same so someone is working with on it .If it lists again I would say would get under 5/% of already very devalued price when relisted https://m.purepositioning.se

I was perhaps being a tad sarcastic .They certainly haven't started trading yet . If they were to have started without telling us then would be breaking the law Not sure if they will relist .More probably another explanation .This is all IMHOCould be wrong about everything or nothing .

Do you think they have started trading yet. Everything seems to be set up, and ready. You say it has people from Matra who are honest folk. would you start up a company by devious means?? I would think they didn't want to tell Matra shareholders, that basically, the company had no money to pay us off.

Exactly Well said.We only found out about company cause 'someone ' did a web search .Imagine if there had been no web search no one would have discovered anything.Why didn't they reply to any of emails sent it .It's got people involved who are no doubt connected to 'honest folk' who previously ran Matra,,

I would expect that whoevrer they are behind the new company they just need to issue billions of shares to themselves, thus diluting us to hell, then consilidate: 1 for 1 million shares and, Bingo! They're shares are still worth what they put in, ours are worth a millionth of what we put in.

Barrie, what I was told is that your shares will still be there just diluted. If an IPO happens I don’t know if we would be given the option to purchase more.

Yes but, you don't know, if you're going to get any shares from the new company. Even if you do get shares, you don't know how many. They don't want to give us any. As magpie said, basically we lost virtually everything when the oil field leases were sold.

I've just checked Halifax and to be fair, I thought I had 10x more of these than I actually had so no massive drama. It's more the principle for me. At least my loss is only in essence 10% of what I feared so only about a grand.

Real issue is that there has been no communication to any of small shareholders Even when some of us wrote in to the contact they gave on their new website . I wouldn't believe a word of anything .What if the link to new company hadn't been posted here. Diluted to what -Zerp I would say .Nothing is explained

You own the same shares, no share price until relisting when further shares will be raised. From my point of view, Matra became a bet on high O&G prices which obviously didn’t play out and barsky couldn’t cover debts needed for rapid growth. He failed and I doubt that was the plan even if he probably paid himself way too much. Unless every shareholder rocks up to the AGM and kicks up a fuss then not a lot you can do about it and I say that as someone who did go along when I could. Sadly that’s capitalism but we all took the risk as if wanted a safe bet would have bought apple. Hopefully now there is a new business we may get something small back but not sure how much these guys will think they owe us if they have effectively rescued it.

So, how many shares do we own??? Have they started trading as Pure Positioning AB. What's the share price??? Why haven't they communicated any of their plans with us. They have certainly stitched us up and yes, It certainly is unethical. Magpie I bet the directors from the old board don't lose out!!

I messaged Bruno Soutinho on LinkedIn. Our shares will still exist as part of the existing share capital, however this was diluted when clearing debts and new investors came onboard. He also confirmed that they are planning an IPO and further capital will be raised meaning further dilution. Depends on your point of view but good news is chance we will get some money back in time, bad news is it’s just unlikely to be much at all. Our investment effectively went with Matra folding. Lack of communication from company is bordering on unethical as far as I’m concerned but imagine new management saw opportunity to acquire a previously listed entity on the cheap making it easier for them, and no doubt barsky took a little backhander.

There were some credible investors in Matra, where are they?
Whats happen to Matras assets.

It certainly looks as though Pure Positioning AB is just ignoring us UK Matra Petroleum shareholders. We don't exist The Pure Positioning investor relations site, don't even answer my email, what's that all about?????. I have sent an email to Baker Mckenzie and Euroclear Sweden asking about Pure Positioning share register.am I on there.

On their website under investor relations is a list of major shareholders.
Add the % up, 97.43%.
Where are we?
