I've got around 2000 of these, after consolidation, with Halifax. What's happened to max barskiy??? Thought he was gonna change things for the better.. He's got some explaining to do.. Post him a message..

On their website under investor relations is a list of major shareholders.
Add the % up, 97.43%.
Where are we?

Strange isn't it!! It does say listing in 2021. Maybe that's when everything takes off!! and us shareholders get reams of paperwork?

My holding is still listed in II as Matra, but the value (zero!) is listed in Swedish Kroner. No mention of Pure Positioning. But I suppose that counts for nothing - it just means they haven't been advised by the company.

If we are, investors in Pure Positioning AB, I wonder what the share price will start at? I wonder how many shares we will be alotted.

For what its worth, there is no date yet set for an AGM either for Matra Petroleum AB or Pure Positioning AB. The end of the financial year is 30th June 2021. The AGM must be held within 6 months of that date. Unless we are told othewise, it might be wise keeping an eye on the website. Baz

I just can not get anyone from computershare on the phone. Strangely enough Matra Petroleum is still in the list of companies they deal in. Pure Positioning is also listed. Maybe Pure Positioning AB directors, are too busy setting up the new business model to tell us shareholders!!! when we are told maybe the shares will be £10 a each.

Same here. The only negative is why, 'IF' we are shareholders has Pure Positioning
not been in touch with us. Of course, it could be that they haven't officially listed yet. After all this time I'm still sceptical. I'm still trying to get through to computershare. I'll let you know what they say.

I did email Pure Positioning AB nothing back. Not good.
I did email Carl Isaksson of bakermckenzie the people who set up the matra petroleum EGM on the 17thFebruary 2020. I stated I was a shareholder in Matra Petroleum AB and recently discovered, porky pie I know, the company had changed their name to Pure Positioning AB. Carl returned my email the same day and basically said I WOULD be a shareholder, in Pure Positioning AB. No share certificates are issued. If you want a paper certificate go through Computershare. Sounds too good the be true!!! to be honest. I have been trying to contact Computershare without success. Not many in the office I suppose, Covid. I think it is definitely worth getting in touch with Computershare, I'll keep trying. I know Computershare were dealing in Matra Petroleum shares! If no joy with them I think it's worth getting back to Bakermckenzie. Still a bit iffy.... BUT you never know!!!! Barrie

I had an email from a company called Bakermckenzie, acting for Pure Positioning AB, this morning, bit of a surprise to be honest. Have you had any communication Barrie.

After the dilution of MTA shares back in 2019, I wasn't left with many, so it's not the money but the principle. I do agree with you however, if the management of Pure Positioning AB were going to issue shares to Matra Petroleum shareholders, they would have done so by now. The question is allend, would a responsible company like the new company Pure Positioning AB, wanting to make a good impression, to the industry they will serve, just ignore the shareholders in Matra. Is it legal to do what they appear to have done anyway?? Do the managers of Pure Poitioning care???? Maybe they take the view, Matra's small shareholders are of no consequence, they wouldn't take a complaint any further!!, also bear in mind, Pure Positioning AB is a Swedish company, it's not easy for GB shareholders to get in touch! That's my moan over. baz

I have read the website again and I notice the articles of association for Pure Positioning AB, have the same registration number 55 9082 2689 as Matra Petroleum
AB 559082 2689. Does this mean anything??? Does this give an indication that we are in fact shareholders in Pure Positioning AB. I have sent off an email to Pure Positioning AB asking for clarification...am I on the Pure Positioning AB share register. I would be very interested in other peoples view. Baz

I have looked at the Pure positioning ab website, I am very confused. On the web site under meetings, it says 'The shareholders of MATRA PETROLEUM AB are invited to an EGM on the 18th February 2020'It discusses various topics, including such things as share allocation.
It begs the question, are we those shareholders? Do we hold shares in Pure Positioning AB??. Has anyone on this board had any correspondence from Pure positioning AB I certainly haven't. This needs more investigation Rodney... Baz
