Well its something Allend47. Lars Beitnes a director at Pure Positioning has not emailed me yet? The email address I was give doesn't work? '[e-mail].' Carl Isaksson at bakermckenzie is unable to say why it don't work?? just have to wait and see what happens. I still feel sceptical of Pure Positioning AB. As shareholders we should have had some sort of contact by the company, after all, its been almost 2 years.

Well, The Swedish lawyer didn't have to reply to my email so I feel lucky. I haven't been emailed yet by Lars Beitnes, but at least we have a point of contact, hopefully!! A message I had from Carl ISAKSSON a short while ago said 'If you hold shares in Matra I can confirm that you hold the same amount of shares in Pure Positioning. The only difference is the company has changed its name and is no longer publicly traded. Reach out to Lars if you have any questions regarding your shareholding!!!!! Carl Isaksson as far as I understand it, I could be wrong, had an official role at Matra's AGM on the 20th Feb 2020. HE was very helpful to me. Now, Snuddz when we speak with Larls what should our questions be?????????? If Larls hasn't emailed me by tomorrow maybe more emails will be appropriate.

I had a reply from Carl Isaksson, He told me he has passed my name on to a director Lars BEITNES at Pure Positioning AB! Mr Beitnes will be in touch with me, Wow, I was given an email address. Before I hand over the address I'll give Mr.Beitnes a chance to contact me, All I can say is if anyone is interested stand by.

Can you post emails here please .So your shares not with broker but certificate form- Maybe cause of that But irrespective ex shareholders stillShould have shares in new company I repeat please can you post Carl Isaline... email

I have just send off an email to Carl Isaksson asking for a name to contact at Pure Positioning AB. Of course, although he set up the last Matra shareholders AGM in Feb 2020 He has no obligation to reply to my request. Ater all this time, Rodney I think we are stuffed!!!

Rodney I have the shares in certificate form. Locked away in a bottom drawer. Carl Isaksson seems genuine. My email to him was I hold shares in Matra AB I want to establish if I am on the share register. He emailed the following morning, contact Pure Positioning I know, waste of time. He also said I have had a quick look through the register and can't see your name!! He went on, you are entitled to look at the register, I can give you a name to contact at Pure Positioning. To be honest I have not emailed him back yet.

They just want to erase us Matra shareholders!! I'll email Bakermckenzie again and ask for a name to contact, at Pure Positioning AB. I'll let you know the outcome.

Hmmm....that is odd, the shareregister should have the names of all who own shares, even just one. Odd indeed, and a bit suspicious. Maybe this new company is just some elaborate scam or something...???

I have got 2500 matra share certificates in my name. Maybe there are not enough to warrant putting them on the share register.

I'm wondering if my name would be on a shareholders list as I hold/held mine through a broker, TD/II. Perhaps the shareholders list would only show aggregate numbers against brokers' names.

I emailed Carl ISAKSSON Bakermckenzie. He returned my emailed me and stated he had looked on the register, my name wasn't on there. I haven't been in touch with him since that email.

For what its worth, it doesn't appear, that my name is on the shareholders register!!! Is there a Matra shareholders list, somewhere in a drawer at the offices of Pure Positioning AB????? waiting to be transferred over....or are we shareholders just being left to die off!!!
