Im afraid shareholders are the lowest in the batting order when it comes to getting any money out, don't expect anything. I'd be surprised if you hear anything about what's happening, this is the fourth company I've been involved in that has gone kaput, I've never heard a word from the other three, even after 3 years for one of them, shares still in portfolio but of no value.

Analyst Can you expand on please .Surely if there is legal recourse then the authorities would get in touchais they would have a list of all the shareholders - big or small

It was a smash and grab op from beginning .Buy in Sell up Russian op to who ??Delist Buy into Texas Go massively into debt ( not necessarily in that order )Whilst all the time paying out salaries / expenses and ridiculous warrants They no doubt got far more out of it then they put in Salaries/ / warrants / expenses .Why take out so much money in salaries etc Why such a big payroll for company so heavily in debt .Telling that Bill Guest left and they also quickly paid offf former owners .Basically delisted for not paying bills .Sure they never thought about freezing salaries etc during thus period to pay off debts . No clarity as to how much they owe ti who and value of their assets ?What's happening to Texas operations
