Company was taken over and then asset stripped in salaries / warrants / expenses .All technically above board and «  legal « Questions questions Why pay such high salaries when money coming in so low. Writing on wall when Vlad disappeared after relisting .Even the way the winding uphas been handled shows them for what they really are. Whole thing from their involvement Delisting ??Selling Russian assets ( to who ??)Move to US - paying way above odds .Putting company vastly into debt having bought it debt free. Paying themselves vast amounts - warrants / expenses why ???Being put out of business cause they refused or rather failed to pay bills !!!Whole thing seems most bizarre and almost a caricature image of all that's rotten with Aim markets.Why did they really buy into this company -Was it just to sell up Russian assets ? Sadly most of what I said has turned out to be true .Not an iota of chance of getting anything back -

Am now of the opinion Maxim Barskiy should be a disqualified director and should never be allowed to run a company due to overall incompetence!

my MTA shares got sold by iii , due to that I owed them the monthily fee, also I had 12k worth of SER shares and its disappeared too.......I gave up.

Wow just thought I would take a peep after being a holder back in the days on AIM. Really feel for holders I took a big hit on my 17k investment when I sold out for around 2k superted woz right

It's over no way back They bought in knowing exactly what they were doing They paid themselves fortune in salaries warrants etc whilst not paying bills .Dosent make sense or does it If officially wound up they not liable and small shareholders got rid of .Convenient end

Can anybody tell me what has gone on here? I was a long term holder who sold out in 2017 but I still receive e-mails from Matra, which until recently were just drilling updates. Over the past few weeks the e-mails appear to be related to some court action in the US which has frozen company funds. What's this about?

Alex....I'm in the same boat as you.....this has turned into beyond a shambles.....last AIM trade i make.

The losses are so great that they are not worth selling
