Purepositioning.se.. I'm amazed!! where does that leave matra shareholders. Is it possible to sell a company without informing the shareholders of that company. Obviously the sellers of Matra PLC didn't think any of the small matra shareholders ie you, would delve and find the link. A very good find Rodney. Where should we go from here???.

Surely Rodney, had they been relisted the shareholders in matra would have been informed long ago!!! A very strange situation.

Unfortunately whatever money you had invested in Matra is long gone. As a shareholder they didn't even have the courtesy to send a letter explaining what was happening to the company.

thought I would check how my shares are doing in Matra. It’s been a couple of years since I last checked. It seems a lot changed. Read about new direction etc. But do we still have our shares? I know delisted at mom, but with no info from anyone, knew nothing. My broker went bump to, so no idea who’s got my shares anyway. But if they are still in peeps account, I take it there’s still hope of a return regardless of how much if & when they relist
Thoughts anyone please.

I had a letter from computershare this morning titled "Matra petroleum AB ANNUAL SUMMARY NOMINEE" on the back of letter is Quarterly statements. Has anyone any idea what its for?? I haven't phoned computershare yet.Barrie

No longer an oil company. Now a shell company looking for investments in SaaS.

One investment so far. A web site builder called Oxxy



Rather pleased I sold my MTA shares back in 2012 after Maxim Barskiy took control.
