I just went on the site and I saw they have changed date of potentiel relist to 2021Let me try to copy and post Ps I don't believe a word of it By the way the honest folk who previously ran Matra DO read these boards and are terrified of bad publicity

Like others, I emailed them last Aug (as posted above) but no response, not even an acknowledgement.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is some kind of sham company and there was just some tax or business reason to take over the redundant MTA. But I live to be proved wrong!

They are all probably In new company as far as I can understand Why no info Anyone looked into new company they were supposedly relisting last summer

From their web site Pure Positioning AB has ISIN code SE0009696040.Euroclear Sweden AB is the Swedish Central Securities Depository (CSD).

When they say in the blurb, for the new company 2500 shareholders. Do you think they mean those shareholders from past Matra shareholders??

Barrie They will ignore for moment perhaps but any listing- only way for them to make real money - will LEGALLY necessitate them to include us They say un their blurb looking to list this year

They know the small investor wont bother to challenge the directors at the new company, too much hassle! They will just ignore as they're doing. When I bought a few shares in Matra years ago I thought I could trust the owner of Matra who was after all, a past senior member of British Petroleum. How Wrong I was. If its not illegal Its certainly very sharp practice.

Have been watching the demise of our investment, and pure since they took over the shell.
Not much hope I am afraid, basically the company is worth next to nothing.
Glimmer of hope?
Probably not.
