I do agree with you however, if the management of Pure Positioning AB were going to issue shares to Matra Petroleum shareholders, they would have done so by now. The question is allend, would a responsible company like the new company Pure Positioning AB, wanting to make a good impression, to the industry they will serve, just ignore the shareholders in Matra. Is it legal to do what they appear to have done anyway?? Do the managers of Pure Poitioning care???? Maybe they take the view, Matra's small shareholders are of no consequence, they wouldn't take a complaint any further!!, also bear in mind, Pure Positioning AB is a Swedish company, it's not easy for GB shareholders to get in touch! That's my moan over. baz |
Posted at 12/2/2021 11:21 by soggy Like others, I emailed them last Aug (as posted above) but no response, not even an acknowledgement.I wouldn't be surprised if this is some kind of sham company and there was just some tax or business reason to take over the redundant MTA. But I live to be proved wrong! |
