05/4/2007 13:02 | Well I missed this one. Why the push up in price ? They are meeting forecasts but I can't find current forecasts anywhere. Can someone tell me what they are ? Also are you confident that forecasts aren't just met by the accelaration of certain contracts ? TIA | liarspoker
05/4/2007 12:55 | Nice 50K buy @ 61p CR | cockneyrebel
05/4/2007 12:34 | As I understand it, they are slow to publisise deals and generally let the results do that. So the dates may be missing, as the info hasn't been put in necessarly at the date it happened. i expect we will learn more in approx 2 months, after the year end. But at least it is looking very good. Touch wood. The product is certainly excellent and many big businesses, such as Br Airways and Virgin would benefit too, although I am not sure if it checks alcohol levels automatically..... Maybe it has a beer tolerance index. Certainly in the RAF, we weren't supposed to fly the next day after drinking but a lot did. All good fun. Rob it would be great if we could have the site address in the heading. Glad you bought back in too!! Thanks | n1blet
04/4/2007 10:33 | The web site is excellent only one point it would be useful if they put dates on the news articles. Looks like lots goinng on not only on the health sector think these have quite alot further to go. | the shuffle man

03/4/2007 15:35 | Bought £3k worth this morning. Sure does look horny! :-) | woody6
02/4/2007 21:25 | Right, cheers Rob, I was looking at the mkt cap of £25m right above the shares in issue number on Proquote and must have jumped the line. Don't know why I never saw your post on the 23rd, it must have scrolled up. Yes sja123 - exactly what I was thinking. So it was put up there on the 23rd or there abouts. Seems to me it almost becomes 'flick a switch' stuff to incorporate another Trust into Healthroster. This could be pretty huge I'd have thought. Getting rather exciting. CR | cockneyrebel
02/4/2007 19:53 | Guys Read my post from a couple of days ago...the one where i start...."am i talking to myself" !!!! obviously i was. CR just to clarify....44m shares in issue so a 350k buy is well under 1% Regards Rob | robward
02/4/2007 19:36 | It was there last time I looked CR, about a week or so ago......must admit, until re-reading it now, I hadn't appreciated the possible significance of it....if they have managed to interface with a piece of staff record software which is being implemented in every Trust, it would seem the logical next step would be for MAPS Healthroster to also be rolled out across all Trusts......exactly what we had hoped for.......put that together with the large buys going through from directors recently and I hope two and two are making four!!....this really could be huge if that is what is happening.....watch this space:-D Wonder if we'll get an RNS on the 350K buy and who bought? | sja123
02/4/2007 19:10 | A bit on the co website - has appeared since March 20. Anyone know how long it's been there? MAPS Healthroster successfully interfaced with NHS ESR system. Manpower Software is pleased to announce that its MAPS Healthroster ward rostering software has been successfully interfaced with the NHS's Electronic Staff Record software, which is being implemented at all NHS Hospital Trusts throughout England and Wales. David Booth, ESR Interface Team Manager, NHS Project Team comments: 'We have been working with the Manpower Software team on interfacing Healthroster with ESR. This has been successfully completed at Ashford & St Peter's Hospitals NHS Trust where it is now live, enabling staff to be paid from information provided to ESR directly by their Healthroster rostering product.' | cockneyrebel
02/4/2007 16:32 | 350K buy at 57.5p !!!!! Over 1% of the company - 1.4% in fact CR | cockneyrebel
02/4/2007 16:32 | 350k T just gone thru.....who bought? | sja123
02/4/2007 11:08 | Ok. They don't issue broker notes to the public but I do have a broker that can access them I think. From the way their guy spoke these are an upgrade waiting to happen imo. His words were that they might be in a position to upgrade in a couple of months which I think is when we'll be getting a trading statement myself. CR | cockneyrebel
02/4/2007 08:34 | Hi CR Thanks for your informative post 527. Its very difficult to put a value on MNS until we get a broker update. But i agree with your thoughts re director buying and the vast potential within the NHS and indeed the U.S. If you happen to come across any new forecasts i would appreciate if you could post them. Thanks in advance Rob | robward
01/4/2007 18:31 | CR Many thanks. Just trying to find another share which will perform as well as CCT has done for me! I see this as having the same potential for growth. | susiebe
01/4/2007 13:49 | that's a difficult question. The company has been capturing NHS Trusts at an increasing rate. they had 11 up until these results and they have gained two since the interim period they say. The more of these that they capture and demponstrate cost savings the more trusts that will use them. I think there are over 150 (170 is it?). It looks like MNS are going full out to sell the healthcare software in the US now too. The defence products seem to be gaining acceptance too. All in all I see a huge couple of markets and MNS picking up a lot of the contracts at a time when the government are trying hard to save money and are prepared to pay for the software to achieve it. The directors seem to think things are going well too with Mark Loveland buying 200K @ 42p and the Chairman and forthcoming CEO both buying 50K each last week @ 54p so they seem to think there's further to go. Your decission susiebe. You need to keep in mid they have been a bit hot and cold in the past so there's risk there. If the director changes here have got the business more focussed and earnings are now growing fast and less volatile they may well be very cheap still imo. CR | cockneyrebel
01/4/2007 12:41 | Have just had a read of the interims which were out in Feb. Very impressive. What are the share price targets here?Have i missed the boat? My impression is that these have got much further to go but any info would be helpful. | susiebe
01/4/2007 12:20 | Yep, I agree Dave - most punters look at where a stock has been rather than where it is going. I spoke to Shore Capital about these on Friday and got very good feedback. Shores forecasts were initially for 7.2m sales, £600K pbt and 1.3p eps for the year. The co have done £4m sales in H1, 1.25p eps and £553K in H1 alone. Thier broker covering the stock agrees that that is miles ahead and that if they achieve £4m sales in H2 they will come in way ahead of expectations. They have not upgraded yet because in the past business has been lumpy in the past but says that now the company has a high number of reference sites now running then this is what really drives sales. He says that the NHS cheque book is currently open to anything that can save it money and there is the potential the currebt amout of business they are doing to scale up massively. I mentioed that the directors had been buying and seemed to think the shares were cheap. He agreed and said there could be stuff the co is doing that Shore aren't aware of obviously. He said the co has high operational gearing which means if they only did £3.2m sales in H2 then they would only break even but £4m in H2 would see eps for the year around 2.6p and the higher sales go over £4m the faster that eps grows. Personally, my own opinion is that these could do well over 5p eps next year with their drive in the US starting to come to fruition. The directors buying at this level seems to suggest the same imo. I personally think those director buys took place this week because it's 2 months to the year end and they will have to put out a 'significantly ahead' statement at year end which will precur them from buying as that time approaches. I see the director buying gets coverage in the FT today but I can't get the whole story: "FT MONEY: DIRECTORS' DEALS ...Two directors at Manpower Software made debut trades in the public services supplier. The company announced the appointment of chief executive Ian Bowles... " CR | cockneyrebel
30/3/2007 08:52 | CR Its hardly worth posting here as people arnt interested in shares that have gone up almost 300% in 4 months !!! The majority of P.I's like to buy "cheap" shares and hope they go up rather than quality business's where they can invest for the long-term. Looking at the size of Manpower's target markets they surely have years of growth ahead of them.. | dave122
30/3/2007 08:17 | chairman and CEO adding 50K each at this level just 2 months from year end - reckon they have a big year end update coming here myself. CR | cockneyrebel
28/3/2007 11:51 | Added a few yesterday myself. It looks all systems go. | chester
28/3/2007 11:29 | High volume yesterday too but I see andother delayed trade of 150K went through this morning from yesterday - that's 700K traded yesterday. CR | cockneyrebel
28/3/2007 11:21 | A couple of 25K buys at the open - could be another director buy I guess - they seem keen at this level still. Certainly a positive sign all this director buying whether these are more today or not, the CEO designate and the Chairman both paying 54p yesterday. CR | cockneyrebel |
