Definitely undervalued at this price a few more announcements on contract wins may put this in the spotlight where it deserves to be.

Thanks to Tiger et al for the above info. Does look like one of the few undervalued shares still around after the recent strong market. Just had 3x5k which has sparked the price a little.

CT-are you predicting Sales from the ''Run rate'' or another estimate? cheers

Fair play to you tiger. At least you back it up with figures. I also wondered why they put that run rate of £24 million in the trading update. I thought it wasn't very wise to do that but was that a company forecast? If it was I have to agree this year could be a bit special.

2012 SAW t/o up 5.9% profit up 50%
2013 SAW t/o down 3.9% profit down 30%

By 2016 which will be results for 2015 I predict
sales 25 million plus and profit of 5 million.

10x 5 = market cap of 50.

I am guessing current year we could see a profit of double last year ( exc ex items) and then again the following year.

The fixed costs are pretty much that and any uplift in sales will have a huge impact on profit.
We will by next year have the new efficiencies in place and Normanton expanded.
In the trading update yesterday there was a suggestion of 24 million running rate. If that all comes through this year the above 25 may be conservative.

Not sure about the target tiger, but for sure 2015 will be even better. That is when the government mandates will really kick in.

Be careful loobrush. A lot of those earnings for last are exceptional's relating to the sale of a property. However, I agree they look set for a really good year. If anyone has the January brokers note, could you mail it to me?

Thanks and regards

Stuart

Looks very good to me and I've bought in today. This company in my view has been overlooked and I would agree that management are very cautious in their outlook. However with a PE of about 6 and a record year in view plus dividend I think the share should be twice todays price. A bit of good PR or news of further contract wins and the price will be away. Way undervalued.

Agreed envirovision. For most companies the strange sudden dip last week would have been followed by a downbeat AGM statement or trading update. But not this company.

In fact the statement today is even better then people think. Mainly because the management are not known for overly bullish statements. They tend to be quite cautious in their outlook.

Yes, Excellent. Strong pipeline. Looks good. If this is a high fixed cost company we could see a really strong PTP this year.
