Can't argue with that. I have no cash but we will probably see a hike in the share price once the sale of their site is announced. Anybody have any news on that by the way? Really would be great to have some news on that. Not sure what the hold up is.

Bought a few more today at 55p, I would have bought more if I had more spare cash.

I'm buying taking a 12 month view. It's impossible to call bottom but I believe they are good value in the 50p price range and confident we will see this company progress.

Think this one is cheap in the 50p price range, bought 3500 at 55p today. Hoping this will push back up into the 60/70p price range.

Yes today was expected by me but not by the market.
A sharp fall had my screen blinking.............I managed to get in at 58p that moved it to 60p so had a few there and then again at 61p.
Some are showing on my level 2 as sells.

Very tight market and to build a good stake up here takes time.
The dividend increase looks ok and I expect next year to be a much better one.

Only have a small position, but basically agree with stewy. I bought in on the longer term potential here and the interim numbers were already flagged.
Perhaps a little surprised the land deal has not been concluded, but just a matter of timing now one would hope. Longer term story looks intact and the raising of the dividend suggests a degree of confidence.

Yes, not great but not disasterous. We kind of new the results were going to be nothing special because of the move to the new site.

If I was a little bit smarter I would have invested in these next year this year is a year of transition but hey ho. I guess it is a waiting game now. The only piece of news that will drive the share price is the sale of the saffron walden site but even that is no guaruntee as they will need to get a good price.

Looks like there will not be a year end flurry this year either so I'd expect final eps to be down on last years figures. For me this is still good over a 3 year period and I'm sitting tight for now.

The question I'm asking myself is why wasn't I a bit more proactive if I felt this was a consolidation year. You live and learn :(

Bother could have done without this. Still the dividend hike suggests management confidence in the medium term outlook is not unwarranted. Guess forecasts will be reduced for this year at least.

Looks like this sector isn't doing too well. First Dialight, now LPA. These are very illiquid so that'll also exaggerate the fall.

Anyone have any thoughts? I'm holding on to my shares for now.

"As previously stated, this year is one of transition. We have a large programme of strategic development and rationalisation to deliver, which will commence on the sale of Tudor Works site, expected this calendar year.

BBDave it was full interims in June last year - they should have plenty to say across a range of issues. I will be up early this week in case further top up needed.

Note that there was a trading update on 27th June last year so maybe news fairly soon
