01/6/2013 07:54 | Dear me see how the Tom cross lovers panic well I can tell you clive lost no matter how many shares you have bought I would say more but why should I the Tom cross fan club dead. Most of you only appear when the share price is on it's benders anyway Clive RNS I already mentioned is a shoot in the foot most of what he says is untrue compared to last accounts Henderson loan paid off June, exploration was being cut anyway and all this about one asset surely this is the same asset that strike oil bought into recently and trap oil keep harping on about saying 2m a month ? More to the point costs have been cut right back unlike a normal oil company and lastly no development for 2 years on Athena. Clive tell us your family relations tell us conflict of interest with hendersons tell us about Parkmead answer those questions mob So over to you barrow boy cross as you always say never except the first offer remember lhd was valued at 5.5p the day before offer. | falklands
01/6/2013 00:50 | bom, Interestingly, I thought the share price might go up after the announcement as it made the PMG offer more likely to go ahead in my view. They have an interesting view on the Cornhill consortium: "The Board notes that the Cornhill Consortium includes individuals with longstanding links to the Company but who are unlikely to be aware of the most recent performance of the Company and its assets. The former CEO of the Company, who was voted off the Lochard Board by a majority of shareholders last year, is also part of this consortium." In other words, Cornhill don't know what they are talking about, and remember how much of a mess Haydn made, oh and don't forget he got fired because a High Court judge criticised his evidence. | 7kiwi
31/5/2013 22:15 | You may have guessed I've just watched 'Not going out' and Bobby Ball reminded me of a lhd director trying to scuttle his ship. :-) | bomfin
31/5/2013 22:13 | Hardly suprising the stock is down today after the hatchet job the directors did on their own company today. | bomfin
31/5/2013 16:44 | Stk down again its telling us PMG or nothing | nw99
31/5/2013 16:29 | Not sure about that cash Peter on the board oil man for 35years ex so socco | falklands
31/5/2013 16:06 | That is dreadful reading. Returning cash? you have got to be kidding me? too many liabilities and contingencies. Who wants to wait years for a pay-out as the directors are clearly indicating? The licenses will lapse and cashcalls for further development could come at any time. Come on folks, its Uncle Tom or nothing, its the only deal in town. Come an getcha Parkmead-Premium-Pap Falklands, Uncle Tom is worth whatever LHD generate in cash until year end - but you get it now. Come on, reel in that Ego and accept unreservedly, Uncle Tom is the only one who can take these assets forward..... Current management not been interested since 2012 - what is worse than management who are telling you they have reached the limit of their abilities? Cash | cashandcard
31/5/2013 15:43 | Yes talk about spin UT look backed at last accounts paid debt pay off Henderson June. Talk about family connections and Henderson. Clive worried he knows games up. Athena better than before 1100 bopd are not going to cover costs to June come on Clive that's a lie you said in the last report you cut costs o yes you did anyone care to work out the cash of 1100 bopd with less than £850,000 per months cost. As for exploration that's been farmed out or cut and we don't want further interest in those license thanks as for Athena no development planned for 24 months. | falklands
31/5/2013 15:28 | the company has paid off a staggering amount of debt in the past 10 months or so. Around $22 million. | utrecht_00
31/5/2013 15:17 | Finally- the first time that LHD has mentioned retuning cash to shareholders as and when it can.... a much better deal than PMG. Over to you Mr Cross....to up your offer. | utrecht_00 |
