23/5/2013 09:19 | O but I am I topped up on the fall sub 4p or did you think I just watched I don't disclose my trades or boost about them. But enough about wired staklers it's a very disappointing day on lhd | falklands

23/5/2013 09:02 | Falklands credibility in tatters | kev0856153
23/5/2013 09:02 | Seems like we have an inefficient market as folk rush to pay 12p PMG when buying LHD 4.5p is like buying Parkmead at 11.68p ! Obvious which one to back ! (no advice intended) | giant steps
23/5/2013 08:52 | Falklands, anything to say fella? thought you might want to speak to me, weren't you one of the fellas who said it would make 9p PLUS??? lol | therealdeal5
23/5/2013 08:34 | Current pricing LHD 4.25p-4.5p, PMG 11.75-12p Conversion rate 0.385 So folk paying 12p (PMG) are really paying 4.62p (LHD) Nice arbitrage for folks doing the computations | giant steps
23/5/2013 08:28 | The take "under" offer appeared in my emails so I am breaking my holiday for a few minutes to LOL LOL LOL @Chrisoil aka Falklands aka many other names. I said LHD was worth very little because of their MASSIVE debts and their need to pay royalties....... the rampers here have been ignoring the debt but the debt is real as are the royalty payments. This is the difference between LHD and TRAP. TRAP are cash flow positive and with cash in the bank and no net debt. LHD has net debt (quite big) and also has to pay royalties on its Athena production. The value paid for LHD by PMG, taking into account the LHD debt would make TRAP (taking in their net cash position) valued at way way way above todays TRAP share price. The difference between being able to spot and hold a good stock and wait for the market to catch up (as will happen on TRAP) or picking of a cheap debt ridden company and trying to ramp it up - a la LHD - but getting caught with your pants down when the take over price comes in. Right, back to relaxing and enjoying my hols, with a smirk on my face thinking of good old Chrisoil/Falklands/m :) | pro_s2009
23/5/2013 08:24 | Big gap from 40.1% up to 75% I expect Hendersons will add in the market to help complete the process. (a clever trick) | giant steps

23/5/2013 08:15 | Sold, moved on. | philo124
23/5/2013 08:11 | It can be stopped : "Parkmead has therefore received irrevocable undertakings, or letters of intent, in respect of 119,937,864 Lochard Shares representing, in aggregate, 40.1 per cent. of the existing issued ordinary share capital of Lochard. " | giant steps
23/5/2013 08:10 | "other offers can still be announced" | christianf12
23/5/2013 08:09 | The only premium to this price is to hold for pmg shares and hope they rise. | utrecht_00 |
