Do you really want to have pmg shares for some reason ? And then we all sell in a panic when we get them for less ?

You could argue private buyers which I know to be in talks will offer cash and higher amount

There deal you have posted a lot of speculation today and that's your view however some have phoned henderson, I can tell you with an average of 10p they want to sell for as much as possible off record.

So please 6p you can shove that with pmg loo paper and YOUR recent investment in pmg we are not daft. I know for a fact that private companies are involved but I am not willing to say more because things change and it's all in negotiation from recent operational RNS still, all I will say is ex CEO is not buying nor Henderson for 6p just not worth it.

Maybe read the interim report RNS is a good starting point directors going to sell lhd ie up for sale meanwhile by mid year lhd building up the cash and cutting costs most of us did the calculations net of costs vs other oilies.

Cash most of us believe its not going to be pmg private company I recall a Scotsman article going way back mentioning five bidders

Alternative PE is under 1 so by the end of the year the cash in the bank will be the same as the Market cap so one way or another lhd will move north.

It's all down to the low Market cap and cost cutting producing about �2 million a month

W I agree but in these markets combined with the fact lhd want to sell I would expect as many 9 to 10p. Henderson want a profit as well !

If lhd had been in the same place a year earlier in those different markets 15p easy
