31/5/2013 14:12 | Chart trader thanks for that - kiddology on pmg's part. | utrecht_00
31/5/2013 10:09 | Yes CWA1, He's good! but that much better than the others? | bomfin
31/5/2013 09:33 | Yes bomfin, the PMG share price has got a rather liberal sprinkling of the TC magic touch factor attached to it IMHO :-) | cwa1
31/5/2013 09:13 | Quite a bit of mythology in the pmg share price. e.g. Current lhd revenues way ahead of pmg's ? imho | bomfin
31/5/2013 09:08 | Go away you silly little idiot with a backbone of a cowardly worm you would not lift a figure in real life to phone anyone or do anything. If all you can do is spend all Friday on here spouting teenage rubbish sums you up I cannot. | falklands
31/5/2013 08:59 | Falklands well i would say you definitely broke Lochard, pmsl they have gone down since you worked your Magic, i fear you will lose even more money soon, | therealdeal5
31/5/2013 08:50 | Kiwi, you don't seriously believe that do you? They will only have paid off $700k of the second Gemini loan....... | utrecht_00
31/5/2013 08:48 | 6 Pence buys this company , said it all along that i would be happy with 6 pence, lol, The Real Deal is my name remember that one guys, then buy BPC to make your Millions, follow the Bear, :-) | therealdeal5
31/5/2013 08:44 | Kiwi i expect TC may increase the paper offer then do a Consolidation of shares at some stage. so it really won't matter that much if he does, i am buying Lochard as they will make me money yet again at these prices, got some yesterday @ 4.4p happy with that, if TC is offering 4.9p a share i've just increased my holdings, lol why can't people see how to work this deal in their favour? i know why Falklands can't he is stuck here with an average of about 8-9p i reckon, lmao | therealdeal5
31/5/2013 08:38 | Yawn we all know that tell us something new i am not sure why these two are here both not invested and spending to much time on this thread ? Remember if I don't like the deal I will break it again Funny I told them to ring Adam but they just want to invent it themselves. | falklands
31/5/2013 08:35 | trd, Good find. It seems Cornhill don't want PMG paper, and want a higher offer in cash. If you look at PMG's accounts, you will see their balance sheet couldn't stand paying out £18m in cash. However, since the latest balance sheet date they've raised cash, but it seems a big chunk of that has gone to re-pay existing debt. So, I very much doubt that PMG could offer a cash bid if they wanted to, other than by doing another equity raising which would probably mean they would have to do it at a sizeable discount to the current PMG share price and thus dilute their holders more than by offering paper today. However, if Cross really wants it, he may just increase the paper offer. Who knows. | 7kiwi
31/5/2013 08:24 | utrecht, The numbers I quoted are direct from LHD's latest accounts. They say that as at end 2013, they beleive they'll have to repay ~$13.3m to Gemini. As at end 2012, they believed they'd have to pay ~$25m. Follow the link I gave above, and look at Note 8 in detail. | 7kiwi
31/5/2013 07:43 | Indeed and that's what in a nutshell it's all about. | falklands
30/5/2013 22:04 | Market doesn't believe it or stock would not be down today | nw99
30/5/2013 21:22 | The bid is opportunistic. Allthough I can work out the Maths re Lochard in a normal market you get credit for cash flow and lhd's cash flow for the last year has been excellent. They have paid off a whole lot of debt! Hopefully the action group are being given a true account of Athena's potential by someone? | bomfin
30/5/2013 20:31 | Its right that consortium stops pmg from stealing the company . | shareho1der
30/5/2013 18:12 | Kiwi the debt of $14 million is being paid off at 20% of revenues so around $600k a month so there will be a lot less than $13.3 million of debt by year. You seem to have some issue with lhd's that's ok but please don't come on here scaremongering with debt figures and valuations that you must know are incorrect. In any case you aren't invested here so please leave it to those that are and have a vested interest in a positive outcome. | utrecht_00 |
