flopinfo i don't think so, PMG has got a great deal here, why would they go down on this news? they didn't with DEO i told you this would get royally screwed by Tom Cross, no one believed me, i said he would steal this company, but i got shot down by all the muppets, i sold out yesterday thank God, something told me that when PMG went down the deal was imminent, i bought more PMG another 100,000 2 days ago, what else will he steal? TRAP next? or AEY???

- Under the terms of the Acquisition, Scheme Shareholders will be entitled to receive 0.385 Parkmead Consideration Shares for each Scheme Share held at the Scheme Record Time.

-- Based on the Closing Price of a Parkmead Share of 12.625 pence on 22 May 2013 (being the latest practicable date prior to the date of this Announcement), the Acquisition values the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Lochard at approximately GBP14.5 million, and each Lochard Share at approximately 4.9 pence. This is based on 298,865,616 Lochard Shares in issue as at the date of this Announcement.
