There are plenty of idiots in Parliament who shouldnt have the vote let alone represent a constituency. Talking about circumventing Parliament there should be legislation passed prevent 'know it all' MP's opposing the views of their constituents in referendums. It is those that have drawn this process out in a bid to thwart the will of the people.
