EU has shown its true colours yet again. No deal. Freedom from EU priceless and worth any amount of short term disruption.

Unpatriotic BBC and their broadcasters need to be taken to task.

All these brexiteers are seeing what will happen when other countries close their borders from us. Look at the situation now. Brexiters are being shown reality of voting leave and a no deal... countries closing their borders due to pandemic are also showing the uk how dependent we are of them and travel

Like Buffet I invest in short-term bonds - they sure pay dividends on days like this.

John Redwood@johnredwood1hThe last thing we want is more uncertainty by asking for an extension to talks with EU. They have spent four and a half years offering us a rotten deal to undermine Brexit so how would an extension help?

John Redwood@johnredwood1hFrench closure of ports owing to CV19 whilst we are in the single market is bad news. Time to use the lorry parks we have built. We rely on imports too much. Let's grow and make more at home.
