Tried a Greggs steak slice once - was far too hot (shop issue) and had minimal meat content.

The next time I was out shopping in town with the missus, and was hungry, I popped into the local Sainsburys and bought a 75p steak pie, not slice. Ok, it was cold, but had more meat content and was very tasty.

That's why I'm so rich and healthy.

Small pox, TB, Polio, Measles. If you think they are ineffective just ask yourself why we don’t see those diseases. Otherwise please filter me.

wow, not a fan of drugs, but ok with vaccines, words fail me, i was treating you with some level of intelligence, but now all gone.....

Do me a favour, do some digging on how they make these 'vaccines' and where they get the materials, and come back on here and tell me you are ok with how they develop them.....

"in a matter of weeks"..the UK government will know what they want to ask for???
Weeks......they don't know now??

The United Kingdom could reach an agreement with the European Union (EU) on a post-Brexit relationship by the end of 2020 despite the coronavirus pandemic, United Kingdom Cabinet Office Minister Michael Gove said on Monday.

The UK government's text for negotiations is expected to be announced "in a matter of weeks," he added.

"We believe it is still entirely possible to conclude negotiations on the timetable that has been outlined," Gove stressed.

Previously, Downing Street ruled out the possibility of extending the Brexit transition period regardless of its outcome.
Meanwhile, EU chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier asserted last week that the latest talks with the UK on its future relationship with the bloc were "disappointing."

they still dont get it...apart from the frail elderly, social distancing CAUSES the problem.

But it is the same old lie, repeated again and again...no evidence for it in any paper whatsoever.no evidence anywhere for lockdown..

never in human history has the well population been quarantined in an epidemic .

NEVER. they are just copying China's panicky response to covid.

and trying to fend off the opportunistic politicians masquerading as epidemiologists.

NiglPosted April 27, 2020 at 5:30 am | PermalinkWe certainly do not heed/must not make the inevitable financial contributions the rich countries will be asked to make to sort out the weaker ones. We are already reading about that debate. The Sunday Times' editorial last week claimed that businesses etc wanted a delay because of the virus. As usual no names/no numbers. Just the political editor using it to promote his personal view as a Remainer desperate to find any excuse. All must be resisted.

They say he who hesitates is lost. Wish I had bought into my old favourite SOLG a week or so ago at 12p. 26p now. It's still worth a look for the long term I think.

Bought in at last just before the announcement I think, about an hour ago. Bought in at average price @30.2p. Thought it would be announced today or tomorrow as it made sense to do it or all this money put in for furlough and support would be money down the drain if people didnt have a job to go back too. Bit surprised its only £50k, I thought about 3x that but will no doubt help many small firms. It will open the money taps now I think and reduce risk to the banks while letting them make a few Bob for handling. I reckoned most bank shares would rise on any such news so got in.

Arrangement fee?, You're an optimist!. If this was the US, yes.

As HMG are taking 100% of the risk on the smaller loans, it's perhaps fair enough.
