M2..That's not the point. What do you do if we have 100 thousand of test a day and show people don't follow the rules... The tests are good to people who are interested in statistics... Tests, useful as an indicator tool.Tests alone do not save lives.

The word is AFFECTED not EFFECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you a real rule follower - then you should not be gambling with LLOY - if you are you should stay indoors and seek medical help.
Other who are able to manage the situation are quite able to respect the - dont come too close -
This madness has made me see people in a different light - those that wish to run to the other side of the road rather than get within 20 mtrs
The approach needs to be reasonable - and not prescribed by those who think control is the answer.

OK don't test. Let the virus spread. See anyone dead on the roadside, dig a ditch and throw them in. If you are worried about catching it, a spoonful of Dettol every night will cleanse the blood - Yoda Trump swears by it.

Agreed JL5 cant see the point of em, with a half decent calculator & a few statistics, hospital admissions should be able to give you a more accurate bearing. Virtually no one in the Derby hospital with it, same said by one of my customers who has a relative whos a doctor in one of the Manchester hospitals. Cost per death of covid is eye watering & testing just adds to it imo.

The tests show if the people follow the rules. If you follow them they save lives, if you don't the more effected and die too...simple.

Bit of an enigma?
The numbers affected going up?
I agree with the tests? OK What might these indicate?
If people follow the rules? The numbers affected go down.
And?
Do you think that the tests - if useful - will help what?
Pls elucidate?

I agree with the tests.. what they show is, if people follow the rules. If they don't follow them, the numbers effected going up. If they follow them, the numbers effected going down. .Millions of test a day.. if you don't follow the rules, they make no difference.

Until a vaccine arrives, mass testing is the only way to resume any sense of normality to our lives.

We have the 6th highest GDP in the world but in terms of testing per capita we are 57th!!! Simply not good enough.

Captain Tom Moore WILL get a flypast: RAF pilots will perform 100th birthday salute over NHS hero's house instead of amateur aviation enthusiasts

•Pilots from Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire are expected to lead the display

•The original flypast over Capt Moore's Bedfordshire home was planned by enthusiasts at Biggin Hill in Kent

•But the enthusiasts' request for airtime was believed to have been rejected by the Department for Transport

•Transport Secretary Grant Shapps confirmed flypast will happen but did not release further details on timings

Captain Tom Moore will get a Spitfire flypast to mark his 100th birthday on

Thursday despite reports to the contrary - because the Royal Air Force is

scheduled to perform a salute that had not been announced for fear of attracting

crowds.

It was thought a spectacular flypast for the 99-year-old had been cancelled after

a Kent aviation group told the Daily Telegraph they had been told they could not

fly over his home in Bedfordshire and blamed the coronavirus lockdown.

But the Department of Transport furiously denied the Telegraph’s version of events

today and said an RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight was planned but had not

been announced for fear of encouraging Britons to break social distancing rules by

watching it.

RAF pilots based at Coningsby in Lincolnshire are expected to soar past the

veteran's home in Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire for the incredible display

I don't think Branson personally sued the NHS. I guess you are referring to Virgin Healthcare, a corporate entity.

This is all happening under the Tories. The Tories create these problems and look to fill the boots of the likes of Capita and Virgin Healthcare.

Minerve the investor just plays the cards he is dealt. I'd rather the cards were different cards but the gammons choose the charlatans who deal.
