If you add German cars, Mercedes, BMW and so on and on...Merkel is not stupid.. she knows Germany's economy is dead without UK!!Germany is one of the major food exporters to Britain, responsible for around 14% of major food and drink imports. It exports over €700 million worth of meats, and the same value of fruit and vegetables, to the UK

"Currencies that succeed evolve and are NOT created by Fiat."

Funny that considering most currencies used today are fiat and the number one currency traded is the $ which is also fiat.

But do continue....

A good example is the EU.
Wealthy EU. countries contribute into the EU. budget to ensure that poorer countries develop infrastructure, sewage treatment, internet, transport, food standards.

We contribute about 1% of GDP, Germany more. The EU. is environmentally aware with high standards and targets.

It costs and slows down growth, but it is the direction we should all be moving towards.

Enlightened elf interest, one day these will become markets for our goods.

The UK give additional overseas aid of about 1.5% of GDP to third world countries.

careful
