He just wants another referendum or general election...

Jeremy Corbyn has challenged the next Tory prime minister to put the Brexit outcome to a referendum and announced Labour would campaign for Remain.

However, the party is still leaving open the option of seeking to negotiate a better deal if it wins a snap general election – and backing that agreement in a public vote.

Announcing the end of Labour’s consultation on his policy, Mr Corbyn urged Boris Johnson – if he wins the Tory leadership race – to have “the confidence to put their deal, or no deal, back to the people”.

“In those circumstances, I want to make it clear that Labour would campaign for Remain against either no deal or a Tory deal that does not protect the economy and jobs,” he said.

Or is it just another opinion from a person who is deluded about their own intelligence and ability.

Next election result will depend upon the state of the economy.
The state of Brexit will determine where the blame will be put.

If we get a no deal WTO type outcome and the economy does well the Tories will win by a landslide.
But after a no deal if the economy does badly, the results will be hard to predict, but could see Corbyn do well.

There is more to life than Brexit though.
Corbyn Mc Donnell would be a disaster.

233 Alp, in what way do you think I'm 'troubled'?Do you remember what you wrote in the post to which I was replying? Something about you expected all no dealers would have sold all their shares by now. I simply told you that that expectation was completely wrong. Don't you remember many of your previous posts too? Do you mind me asking if your memory is deteriorating rapidly? Well you have previously and voluminously stated all sorts of weird trading strategies and global info gathering from experts you employ, so I pointed out that ime, they are a complete waste of time. Quite a harmless thing to say, not sure why you reacted so badly. Are your inverse straddles not working out today?

Wouldn't fancy a Labour Government outside the EU without budgetary checks and balances on McStalin, so a Remain Labour probably for the best. Ok the EU didn't stop Greece. I'm afraid over spending is something politicians do to win votes, but with Socialists mortgaging the unborn is in their DNA. (edit. having said that not sure what levers are available to the EU for non EMU countries)

ST #207. A very strange post from someone who appears troubled. What on earth are you talking about 1p up etc? Do you know what you are talking about?

Good luck to you anyway with your strategy.

Why do you Brexiteers seem annoyed that Remainers try to reverse the referendum result?

Anti EU. types, particularly in the Tory Party, have been chipping away and causing trouble for 40 years. They never gave up and(at least for a while) looked as though they had won the day.

But if you think that pro EU. types, believers in the project, are not going to be just as determined then you are living in a fantasy World.

Look at it this way.
After 40 years you actually won a single isolated game.
One swallow does not make a summer.

This game aint over, the fat lady has not sung.
Get ready for a long battle.

pro EU. propaganda...lies.

Grahamite;

You are in denial. The referendum was in effect a lying competition on both sides.
Remainers trying to scare everyone about the risks and consequences, saying stupid things that will take years to prove even if true.

Then there were the Brexit lies, simple easy trade deals, cake and eating it, billions saved.

You should not be a sucker for those that have conned you.
'Both sides lied'.

Pro-EU propaganda, lies and untruths are now so vehement, prevalent and forthright that they’ve lost their impact. Such a strategy failed to secure a victory for Remain in 2016 and they’ll fail to prevent our leaving.

Well put, xxx, and well worth repeating.

Of course, the reason is that Remain is now in its death agony. They'll try anything.

If Tom Watson had guts, he would quit Labour. Instead he is weakening the party

Labour’s centrists seem to think attacking Jeremy Corbyn, rather than attacking austerity, is the key to electoral success

So Corbyn is all out for a second vote and will campaign for remain.
The balance is changing Labour, Lib Dems chasing the remain vote.
Corbyn is now ruthlessly chasing the younger vote.

Interesting that the majority of mp's now think that the best way to hold on to their seats is to become remainers.

How will all of this effect the EU. negotiators?

17+ MILLION VOTED TO LEAVE

17 million is a big political movement and has significant purchasing power. Time to start to think about using this.

And there are Dutch bulbs to think about. Dutch Tulips
REALLY THINK HARD BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING from EUSSR
Spanish holiday. Irish holiday. French wine. Belgian chocolate. Think. Etc

The People, at least 17 million can act as well as Parliament.

People. Gloves off. Time to BOYCOTT the EU. The Elite have crushed and twisted and swindled our Democracy. But the People have teeth too and it is time to bare them,

The 'Withdrawal Agreement' cobbled together by May and a two-faced Conservative Party is now no more – is it? Trying to fob off the The Referendum Result and sell this 'agreement' with Fear.

But in effect it is REMAIN all dressed up in new clothing and method. This will never be harmonious, and now may be the time to consider various campaigns such as whether to buy German cars for example.

17 million voted against staying in the EU. That is a lot of buying power. Think before buy now.

Campaign. The politicians have not listened. The Economic War. THE PEOPLE RULE OK!

German cars and apes

German cars unfinished business

And there is the consideration of Continental European wine. Many fine and exciting wines found outside Europe.

Millions of songbirds vacuumed to death every year during Mediterranean olive harvest

The EUSSR has stated publicly it wants to HURT the UK. We too can HURT the EUSSR too, particularly Germany and Vichy France. Spanish holiday. Irish holiday. French wine. Belgian chocolate. Think.

The People can vote and not be listened to. BUT THE PEOPLE CAN ACT . Think before buying from the EUSSR

Pass it on. BOYCOTT the EUSSR. Tusck wants us to go to Hell – the very Gestapo and Mafia thinking that still lies at the heart of the EUSSR

Pass it on. Thank-you

'Campaigning for leave up and down our great country, I got the same message. Town after town felt invisible and ignored. Our great economic success was for other people in other places. Not theirs. Yes, people wanted control over our borders and our money. But the clincher was opportunity, or the lack of it. I will unite this country by doing for all the regions and nations what I did in London: building the infrastructure to unlock jobs and growth, closing the opportunity gap. That’s why alongside delivering Brexit by 31st October I will deliver the funds to level up education funding for every child, deliver full fibre broadband for every home by 2025 and 20,000 more police officers on our streets. I want to be the Prime Minister who does with Northern Powerhouse Rail — the Crossrail of the North — what I did in London with Crossrail. I will protect our Union by becoming the Minister for the Union, with the clout in Whitehall to match. I feel a deep sense of personal responsibility for Brexit and that’s why I am the one to see it through. This is it. No second chances. We can choose more of the same, or we can choose change: delivering Brexit on 31st October, uniting the country and beating Corbyn.

28% of trade covered by agreements signed or agreed in principle in March, 63% covered now.
Why am I not surprised that this hasn’t been reported the MSM?
Well done, all those civil servants who continue to work for a true Brexit!
