13/12/2020 12:33 | NYB - how do you rate Ethereum versus BTC? (Don't hold either but follow - see my thread on cryptos). | alphorn
13/12/2020 12:30 | Bitcoin is an obvious winner against FIAT devaluations, ready to break 20,000, expecting 250,000 by end of next year, it’s become a much more mature investment opportunity, many don’t get it, I am holding a load from 10-12,000 for a long term hold. | ny boy
13/12/2020 12:28 | cheshire Glad you liked it. What a team Brazil were in '82. They should have won really but Rossi got in their way. | minerve 2

13/12/2020 12:09 | Expect an 11th hour Brexit deal, global markets will rally, £ will rally, a wall of foreign cash is ready to pile into U.K. equities, which are woefully oversold. | ny boy

13/12/2020 12:06 | No read all about that. Watch this though Minnie. Came across a new autobiography of George Best ( amongst other things claiming that his drinking was caused primarily by his frustration at Man U's waning dominance after the Benfica final ) Google this You Tube George Best Legendary Dribbling Skills. Was at a couple of the games - I think. Let me know what you think. You dont see the game played like this anymore - especially how he got kicked all around the park. Some amazingly sublime skills. Better than reading our tripe on here :-) | scruff1
13/12/2020 12:03 | Another weeks delay as yet again the talks are extended. In a week, same problems will exist unless one side folds. Utter waste of time. Another £350million gross down the drain. | geckotheglorious
13/12/2020 12:01 | No, Joe Biden knew NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING about it all when he said he knew nothing about it at all.. "Please have keys made – Joe Biden was chinese financier's office mate according to Hunter Biden email” Joe Biden - who swore throughout the 2020 election that he had 'no knowledge' of son Hunter's business dealings - was described in a 2017 email as "office mates" with a Chinese financier and "emissary" to a PLA-linked (and now bankrupt) Chinese energy conglomerate that the Biden family tried to cash in on according to text, email, and sworn evidence from Hunter Biden's laptop and multiple whistleblowers. Before reading further, keep in mind that the FBI and AG Bill Barr knew all of this and sat on it during the 2020 election (and Trump's impeachment), while Fox News debate moderator Chris Wallace made Biden corruption 'off limits' during the first presidential debate. Chris Wallace interfered in the election more than any foreign agency. He refused to ask Biden about his family's widely-reported foreign payments, and cut off the President when he brought it up. — Jack Posobiec ?゚ | geckotheglorious
13/12/2020 12:00 | Brexit talks have been extended into next week after a disastrous no-deal was averted - for now. Boris Johnson let yet another deadline slip today after what was billed as a showdown lunchtime call with the EU. He and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said they were "exhausted" but it was the "responsible" thing to do. The dramatic announcement will give fresh hope that a Brexit deal can be reached in time for EU rules ending in the UK on December 31. But it also ramps up the risk of Parliament having to sit over Christmas to approve it. | mo123
13/12/2020 11:59 | Oh look, now it is leaking into the mainstream press despite FBI sitting on it for TWO YEARS!!! “Hunter Biden subpoenaed over Burisma, two dozen other entities” Hunter Biden has been subpoenaed by federal investigators over his involvement with at least two dozen entities - including Ukrainian gas company Burisma, according to the Associated Press, citing a 'person familiar with a Justice Department tax investigation. AP notes that it's unclear if Burisma is a central part of the investigation - despite Joe Biden admitting on tape that he had Ukraine's chief prosecutor fired during the same period as said investigator, Viktor Shokin, was investigating Burisma's founder for corruption. The subpoena also covers Hunter's Chinese business dealings and other financial transactions. A | geckotheglorious
13/12/2020 11:59 | I doubt we would see anywhere near a 40% drop with no deal. Keeping in mind the ftse is already trailing 25% due to Brexit over the last 4 years and banking stocks already fallen back 15% to 20% over the past 10 days as well from recent jumps and all in all still circa 40% to 50% down on the year. No Deal it will fall but nowhere near as much as that. Maybe another 10% I reckon and then the bargain hunters will start buying in and prop it up... 40% is just either wishful thinking or scaremongering... imho No doubt they will extend talks as that's the norm... | crazi
13/12/2020 11:58 | A nicer gentler kind of politics!!! Oh look it's the LEFT again!! Dramatic Video Shows Bomb Attack On Michigan Trump Supporter's House A Michigan homeowner says he was targeted in a middle of the night bomb attack which left a hole in his living room likely because he is a well-known Trump supporter. He also has multiple pro-Trump signs and banners on his front yard. Police and media have interviewed the St. Clair Shores resident, just outside of Detroit, after the bombing was caught on tape. He wishes to remain anonymous for fear of further reprisal as police investigate. Surveillance video of the incident showed a man running up to his house and throwing an explosive through a front window, according to the station. Another recording captured a man running out of a pick-up truck and throwing a second explosiv Attempted murder. A capital crime. | geckotheglorious

13/12/2020 11:54 | polar fox: "Given that the PM is due to speak with UVL in the next few minutes - relatively early in the day - the big question is surely, is it so that he has plenty of time to finalize an address to the nation this evening, before markets re-open?" We'll see polar fox. Stuff the markets though. Sovereignty priceless. | cheshire pete
