We did that which brought Wireless line of sight to most of the hamlet a few years ago. The same provider is now extending its fibre optic cabling which happens to run through the field opposite.

Just 30% of Remainers Have Reached ‘Acceptance217; in 5 Stages of Brexit Grief

Only three in ten Remain voters have reached the phase “acceptance221; in the five stages of Brexit grief, according to a poll by YouGov.

Comparing responses from November 2016 and January 2020, Remain voters have made little progress in accepting the democratic will of the people, according to data published on Thursday.

When asked this month, nearly one-in-five — 19 per cent — of Remainers were still in the stage of Denial, refusing to believe that people in the UK really wanted to leave the EU. Sixteen per cent are stuck in the second phase, Anger; three per cent are Bargaining, believing that Brexit “can still be averted”; a quarter are at the fourth phase, Depression; and just 30 per cent are at the Acceptance phase.

PPI claims - for those interested the latest total payment figures for Sep 2019 are out today. They amount to £384.6m (of which it is assumed Lloyds accounts for about half). They peaked in July at £432.9m and were at £391.6 in Aug.

Although the total payments have come down a little, we don't know how long it will take to clear claims made up to the end of Aug deadline.

We’ve got fibre optic broadband coming our way imminently. Out in the sticks to boot. The Wireless internet is excellent (compared with previous BT copper connection) but the provider has offered better.

No cost due to government scheme covering the £1500 connection charge. Monthly tariff remaining the same as well.

Agreed Cheshire.

Farage is a true hero. Put his neck on the line 25 years ago. Been fighting ever since. Pity VoteLeave didnt give him (and Leave.EU) the credit they deserved.

BT's new contracts, whether they are 18 or 24 month, have RPI written into them. I wonder how many people know that.
